Pros: Professional, amazing results, reliable and efficient, fun to work with, overall amazing experience… Cons: Took time due to weather… We could not be happier with the professional service and amazing job this company has done with our pool. We needed to re-marcite, replace tiles, and redo the kool deck. Dean made us feel great about choosing Epic Pools; he was very informative about how they would fix the pool and got back with the estimate in a very timely manner. As far as cons, we had none…we had bad rain, which could not be controlled (obviously), which was the ONLY thing that delayed any work from being done. If we had any questions or concerns, Dean was always easy to get a hold of, or called back within a timely manner and always a pleasure. I will never deal with anyone other than Epic Pools and will be telling friends and strangers about the incredible service we received. The pool looks amazing!!!

This company must have so many projects on the books that they just don't need my business since they didn't bother to send me any proposal. I won't waste any more of my time with Epic Pool and after receiving several other proposals I have already awarded phase 1 of my pool renovation project to other more responsive contractors.

They did a lot of diagnosing and finally were able to figure out the problem that two other pool companies failed to find and fix.
