The price was very fair. I had gotten a couple of estimates. I was very pleased with what he did. They were on time. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. I'm very pleased with the roof. The inspector approved the roof. They were helpful with the forms I needed to take to my insurance company.

They give a good quote and they clean up well after themselves. The city inspector said that it was a good job. I found them on Angie's List and that is why I used them. They gave me a good price, and did exactly what you would want a company to do that wanted your business.

The workers came everyday on time and after the shift they would always clean up. Mr. Killian remained in contact to keep us up to date as how the process of the work was going. After the job was completed, my huband and I were very pleased with the final results. The roof looks fantastic. We also received a wind mitigation form to fill out and submit to our home insurance company to received available discounts. In addition, we'll be able to receive a $300 rebate on the GAF Lifetime Roofing System which will end on December on 31, 2012. This only applies to active military, veterans and retirees. What a great deal incentive ! ! For the price and the excellent quality of material and workmanship, I highly recommend this company. I am so glad I found the company on Angie's list . . . . .

They were fine. I spent $12000 on that service. My experience with them was very good. They came when they said they would and did the job and it was reasonably priced. I dealt with the owner David Killian and he was very good and competent.

Called DS Killian Roof & General Contractors Inc and informed them of problem. They had person come out the following day which was fine with me. Person went on roof, found problem and fixed it. Very pleased with their service.

An email and a call was placed to this company and I never received a call back or response. I did not even get a courtesy call back even if there were too busy. I took my business elsewhere.

Pretty good. Lowest estimate out of the three (3,600 and 4,600). Workers showed up on time. Clean up was done. Also got the insurance form filled - wind mitigation form. I got 600 dollars off my insurance (but I filed a claim before the re-roof and they jacked up my rates - don't ever file a home insurance claim). Also got 400 dollars from my mortgage escrow account. Great job. Family's happy.

The contractor called us to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace the roof on our house. He called us about 15 minutes before the appointment to reschedule because he forgot what day it was. We called him to reschedule the second appointment. He called us about 15 minutes before the second appointment to say he was not going to bid on our work.

The only problem we had was a mix-up with the permit and after several communications with Dave, the problem was solved. We would definitely use Dave and his crew again, if needed.

The crew of five plus foreman arrived on time as promised and worked for 10 hours the first day in removing the old shingles and preparing for the next day. The delivery of the new roofing material arrived in the afternoon of the first day and was ready when needed the next day. On the second day the crew arrived on time and worked until the job was finished just before dark. The foreman visited the site at various times to inspect the work. The city inspector also inspected the work in progress and was pleased. The job site was cleaned up and all refuse was removed. The total cost is exactly as agreed in the estimate. All-in-all, I am well pleased with the work performed by Dave and his team.

They did a fine job for me. This was my first time using them and they did it all in one day. My experience was very good because they did exactly what they said they would do. I would hire them again. I got several proposals that were good as well, but I like the owner and his price was a little less for doing the same job. I had my son-in-law talk to everyone and ask the questions that I hadn?t thought of and he recommended this company as well. The price was right and I used the Angie?s List coupon so I got a little discount. They hauled off all of the old roofing and they brought in a painter to paint the new wood that they had to put in. It has only been a few days but I haven't found anything wrong with their work.

Dave responded to my inquiry quickly and provided an on-point service quote. He was able to perform the job expediently and professionally. We will definitely use his services again, if/when necessary!

Mr. Killian identified leak, worked up estimate and worked with my insurance carrier to get insurance to cover cost. Once approved by insurance. Work began on 2/15/2010 and ending on 02/29/2010. Very pleasant and hard working crew. Had at least 4 guys working at home every day including Saturdays over a 2 week period in order to get job done quickly.

They showed us their products and told us a little bit about their company. They were in and out fairly quickly. I didn?t use them not because of their price, but they seemed to be in a hurry when they gave us the estimate. I didn?t want to use anybody who was in so much of a hurry.

We love this company! D.S. Killian was on time every day and finished ahead of schedule. Mr. Killian has a deep understaning of his product and his trade. He was very knowledgable and answered every question we had thoroughly. He was very professional and always acculty aware of our needs, constanly asking if we were staitified with the progress. I would recommend D.S. Killian Roofing and General Contractors to anyone in need of a new/replaced roof!

Excellent job. Cleaned up after work was completed and neighbors commented how good every thing looks. We were very pleased with overall job.

They were extremely polite and professional as well as completing the job in the time frame promised.
