Description of Work: Never received warranty information, I bought 3 extra boxes of wood which is missing and they used my BRAND NEW Dyson as their shop vac. |I have a cracks where the wood was not fit properly.

Description of Work: After buying our bamboo floor we were "assigned" an installer .... Coastline Custom Floors. And thank goodness we were. | |The 4 installers were some of the best AND nicest people we've had! They were careful with our furniture (we had them move the bigger pieces), cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the floor after they were done. It's been a week now and not a hint of glue coming up (we've heard of other people having glue seep up in the seams) and we LOVE the floors! (Our 4 greyhounds not so much :)) | |Thanks Coastline Custom Floors. We will definitely call again if we decide to do flooring in the other rooms!

 + 1 moreRonnie, Jimmy, and Roy were all incredibly helpful and customer focused. We purchased our floors through lumber liquidators who recommended Coastline. They were quick to provide a quote and very accommodating when scheduling us. Our projects was significantly delayed and we needed to compress the timeline. Roy and team arrived early on Monday and put in 8 to 5 days. They laid about 1800 sq feet over the course of 5 days. They explained how to keep the floor and recommended we "live" on it given it was true hardwood. Everyone was respectful and mindful of our property. The floors look fantastic!! After completion, there were a few spots where we think there may be too large of a gap which we communicated to Ronnie and Jimmy. Both responded with...we will be out to look and fix (we are waiting till a few of the other trades are out of the house before scheduling). We also found our tilers (for surrounds in bathtubs) via Coastline. We mentioned our predicament of needing tilers on short order to Roy. He said you should ask Ronnie...he has quite a few crews. Sure enough, Ronnie sent us a quote and committed to getting someone there this week. (We will revert back with and assessment on quality). I would recommend again and appreciate their commitment to schedule and quality! The tiling is complete and looks fantastic. Ronnie has come to the house several times to check the progress, ensuring a quality job which his team very much delivered. They were courteous, prompt, and clean. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Installed hardwood floors to cover 85% of house (gut renovation) including laying underpayment, installing floor and finishing off thresholds.

 + 0 moreThey set the proper expectations of future start date and they started on that day. Coastline did sub out our job to another HW company so this review is also for them since they really did the work. Coastline just managed everything from afar and I was able to pay Lumber Liquidators for the whole job. It took probably 4.5 solid days work. Total cost with the wood was approximately $16000 for all materials and labor and was glad I could pay by CC through LL. The price was fair although I would always like for it to be a little less. We love the selection of floors we chose and really happy with how it all turned out. Floor feels very solid and no issues or damage with installation. Subs were professional and friendly and always showed up on time to start the day and cleaned up at the end of the day. I would use them again and glad to have a positive experience to share with others. Too bad I can't provide photos of the job on AL

Description of Work: Installed engineered flooring (glue down, not floating, no pad) in front portion of house and 14" ceramic tile in kitchen. Cost of service which did not include the flooring and materials such as glue, grout, etc came to around $4,000. | |Coastline was horrible at scheduling workers, materials, keeping commitments and keeping us informed. The manager of the project (the owner) would not return our calls and would not return text messages. When we were able to contact the project manager/owner he would lie to us. It took 3 weeks to complete a 4 day job. In addition to being poor communicators, Coastline does not know how to manage the logistics of their business (workers, skills, capabilities, materials). We will calling Coastlines 1099 subcontractors for future work, but we will never use coastline again.

 + -1 moreOver all it went really well it took two days to install the 893SqFt of flooring. Th undercutting of the fire place was the worst. The draped a sheet over my TV for me and shut all the doors. Dust was everywhere. If you have to undercut a fireplace. Remove everything not bolted down or behind another door. They even installed a few extra things that were not listed on the proposal so they could do the job right. We just had to but the part. They did not charge us extra. Over all I am very happy with the way the floors were done.
Description of Work: Rip up the old flooring, disposed of the carpet. undercut the fire place, put the new flooring and corner round down.
