.They are pretty good. They are reasonable. They really investigate to find out if you have any bug problems which you may not even think about. They don’t over react. One time the renters were complaining of borrowing wasp in the yard. They explained that these are not stinking wasp and they don’t really need to be treated. They don’t overdo things. I will continue to use them in the future.

Everything has been great and I don’t have any complaints.

They come out every quarter. They did everything for us when we moved to this house. We chose them because they are in our area. We ended up with fleas in between so they came out right away, retreated outside for fleas and we haven't had any problems since then. If you have a problem inside or out, they'll come out even if it is not time and re do it.

I know that they do good work. I called them and gave them an authorization of up to $150 worth of work and they did an early call back after that.

The estimator was very nice, but explained the various service packages in such a way that we thought we were getting the pest & lawn fertilizer for one price, but the pest part of the lawn service was extra. We ended up paying the full amount and our front lawn did improve, while our rear yard only improved slightly (we had some dead spots back there.) They only showed up once in the 90-days to re-treatment (we understood they'd be back twice for a total of three times including the initial treatment in the 90-day period). When they came to follow up, it was two different guys on two separate occasions in the same day; one for the fertilizer, one for the pest. We didn't know, so after the first guy rang the door and asked permission to open the gates to our backyard, he didn't close them back. We did, and an hour later another guy showed up. More importantly, we would have appreciated advance notice for the day they'd show up for the follow-up treatments because if we hadn't been home, one of our cats might have been outside in the yard while they sprayed. We were home, so we were able to call our cat and bring her in for the remainder of the day. Neither service guy latched our gates back after they left. We have a dog whom we let out in the backyard knowing our gates are latched. Luckily, since we noticed the first time, we checked the secondtime before letting our dog out the next day.

They are on time to do the work. They are professional while they work. I would use them in the future. The quality of their work is good. I would recommend them. They were courteous and kind.

They came back free of charge when I had a recurring problemswith bugs.

Bug Out does an excellent job with our lawn. We have been getting them for several years, and we are completely satisfied. The lawn has no weeds and looks great.
