Description of Work: While Bill may be a decent carpet cleaner he is not trained or capable in carpet dyeing services. We had to have dye technicians repair his attempts at dyeing. We had to have Color Your Carpet Dye technicians redo the area to bring the color back evenly and to match properly.

+ -1 moreOn the advice of a maid service owner (who said he wouldn't even consider hiring anyone but Bill to clean a carpet in Jacksonville)I hired Bill to clean just two rooms. He warned me in advance that he might not be able to remove one particular spot. When he couldn't remove the spot, he left the check on the kitchen counter, even though he had (on his own) cleaned two other spots (one rust spot, one pet spot) elsewhere in the house. When I insisted that he take the check, he offered to patch the residual spot with new carpet at no charge. What amazing integrity!
Description of Work: Cleaned two rooms of carpeting in an empty house.
