Description of Work: We have been using this service for a couple of years and the quality of the work is very good. The issue is with their office. They don't return phone calls and they don't follow-up on special requests. I am sure they will argue otherwise, but that's been our experience.

Description of Work: Everything has been great! They come once a week rain or shine and mow our lawn. Our first visit they even cleaned off our back porch and watered our plant. We have had several lawn people and no one else has been reliable and if it rained it could be weeks before they would come out. Top hat has definitely been worth it.
