+ -1 moreTinsley Electric crew were professional throughout the entire process. Although we encountered delays due to pandemic, they did the their best to move things along. Everyone representing Tinsley Electric were skilled, prompt, and polite. We are very pleased with the finished project. In 2005, Tinsley had installed a transfer panel for us to use a portable gasoline generator. When we upgraded to the Generac in 2021, they graciously transferred everything to our sons home. A great job was done all the way around.

+ -1 moreSteve was prompt and he did an excellent job. I had just purchased the house, and he found a live wire in the attic crawl space, which was taken care of. Access for the ceiling fan was difficult and more time consuming than planned but he accomplished with no complaints and as I wanted. Jesse came and patched up the holes where the conduits were routed. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished, and I am one very happy customer.
Description of Work: Had a mess of 3 electrical panels replaced by one panel with extra breakers. Also installed a ceiling fan and whole house surge protector. From obtaining permit to dealing with Duke Energy, they handled it all.

+ -1 moreIt took over a week to get the estimate and I had to call a couple of times to finally get it. Very slow response. I finally get the non-detailed estimate and to my surprise it was $9,950. Obviously I got another estimate. I think these estimates speak for themselves: Tinsley $9,950Gaudet $4,449
Description of Work: Estimate for installing an underground line from house to barn, installing the secondary box , wiring the barn for lights, fans and switches. Lights and fans supplied by me except for four fixtures.

+ -1 moreI lost power in part of my home.The circuit panel indicated that all the breakers were on.I called Tinsley Electric at 8 AM the next morning and spoke to Cinda.I explained the problem and she said they would get right back to me.Within 20 minutes,Chris,one of their electricians, called to verify the problem and my address and said he was on the way. He tested all the breakers and replaced the faulty one which had caused the problem.Chris was pleasant, efficient and professional .Later that morning ,I received a follow up call from Cinda to be sure everything was OK.Terrific customer service ,could not have been happier.We have additional work to be done next month and plan to use Tinsley Electric and request Chris as well.
Description of Work: Chris replaced a faulty breaker which caused me to lose power in part of my house.

Description of Work: We had a tree limb fall on our electrical wires and pull them from our house. We called Keven from Tinsley on a Sunday during a rainstorm and he was out within a half an hour. He had us hooked back up in 2 hours and was extremely professional and nice. Our prior hook up was not up to code for today's standards so he brought us up to code which was what most of the charge was for. Unfortunately due to the storm our power was not turned back on for 3 days but his assistant went above and beyond checking on us everyday to see if we had power yet and when I told her we didn't, she would put a call into progress energy to see what was happening. She did this everyday sometimes twice a day until our power was back on. This company is very kind and considerate especially during such a stressful time. I would 100% recommend Tinsley Electric to anyone needing that type of service . I need some more electrical work and I am definately going to use them again.
