Stanley Steemer

From the very first contact (I called them), everyone was polite, professional and courteous. The cust service rep was able to schedule me an appt within 2 days and she got me a price quote even less than I had anticipated. They sent me a detailed email with all my appt specifics, and a place where I could add services if I decided I needed them after all, then they sent a reminder email followup. The 2 cleaners arrived right in the middle of their 2 hour estimated window and put booties on their shoes even before they started cleaning. They were very respectful of our furniture and mindful of our nervous dog. The whole job took about an hour and the carpet looks great! I like that they were able to accept cash, check or credit, right there on the spot. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They arrived on time , where very professional, and did an outstanding job. my carpets are very light and they looked wonderful when the job was done. I'll definitely hire them again.

I really like Stanley Steemer, because when they shampoo and do the product, they dry it very well. It?s always clean, I mean it?s not wet. They do a good job. It?s steamed cleaned. It?s very good. It?s deodorized to get the smell out of the carpet. I?ve got 2 dogs. They should offer that $99 thing that they advertise on tv, which when you call there, they say they don?t honor that $99 carpet cleaning for 3 rooms. I think they are independently owned or franchised and they don?t honor it. I can never get them to give me 3 cleanings, just plain cleaning, shampooing for $99. Even though they advertise it though. They say their franchise doesn?t do it. I always use them. I wish they would honor that advertisement for $99 for 3 rooms. Another thing is, when I was in New Jersey, I used them for 10 years. They had plans, where you would buy, say you would buy 3 cleanings, you pre-paid it and then they would give you the forth one free. They don?t offer them in Inverness. Which I had Stanley Steemer since 1980/1985.

I think they are overpriced. They moved things that were out of bid and put things under. They came out the next day we called so it is pretty good. We have already decided to look for somebody else and don't go back to them.

The first cleaning, when he got done he said this is as clean as I can get your carpets. My carpets are only 4 years old, however they looked exactly as they did before and now smelled. I called them to come out again, and one of the cleaners said "We cleaned these?". They offered to use a cleaning agent but it would cost me $20.00 more but would look brand now. The master bedroom was finally cleaned after paying an additional fee, which should have been done in the first place. My advice, don't go through Stanley Steemer. I just refuse to pay the extra $20.00, and would like to talk to the owner. However, he is not returning any calls.

They cleaned my chairs and my big area rug. They were friendly and they clean up their messes and they do a good job.

Our floors were a disaster and 13 years old. We had other people come in that wanted to charge over $5000. Stanley Steamer refinished it without having to sand down to the bare wood, which saved us money. It looks like a new floor, and it took only 2 days to do it. They also honored the quoted price.
