Description of Work: Built a room addition and a 30x35 garage. Initial payment March 2nd; job completed Nov 3rd. Should have been 90 days max. Believe Charley Rise to be honest, just over booked too many projects at once.

 + 3 moreDemolition of old wall with removal of debris was conducted in a quick and timely manner with special care taken to protect us from dust and bad air by setting up a plastic barrier between the work area and our living area.He worked alone and was able to complete the framing and sheetrocking within a week. His subcontractor, Ray was adequate in trying to reproduce the textured walls but was less scrupulous and somewhat messy. (Also, Ray & his assistant annoyed us by using the bathroom several times while here.) We glad the project is completed and appreciate Mr Rise's attention to detail. But, he really should get an assistant.
Description of Work: Reconstrucition of bay window due to water damage and termite damage.

 + 0 moreThey took the kitchen floor all the way to the studs and when they lay tile they went all the way to the wall and not just to the cabinets. These guys were good
