Randal Billings Tree and Landscaping

I contacted Randall on behalf of my mother for spring clean up of her ysrd bc she is in her 80s. They were prompt in responding. She said she was happy with the work they did. I don't live near there so I did not view the job. I am not sure if what they charged was the "going" price, but my mother paid it.

They contacted us immediately and were told they would be out to our house within a half hour, well it was 15 minutes later they were at our door. They gave us an estimate and it was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. They did the tree trimming immediately and clean up was great. I would hire them again when I will need there service.

The prompt service was awesome!! They did great job but thought the price was a little high, but on a whole I definitely would recommend them.

This crew did a great job from start to cleanup. They took down very large limbs overhanging the house with expertise and skill. Not a scratch to anything. I will definitely call them again.

Very prompt and good at communication - called an hour after I email asking for service, came out and gave a quote same day, got the tree out of my yard the next day. The price was a little higher than some other quotes I got, but after seeing all of the hard work and the safe practices this team used, plus how fast they go the job done, I think the price was very fair.

Did not clean up well, no professional invoice given and also had to request insurance.

Came back 2 days later and told me I required another $2,500 dollars worth of work.

Prompt, Professional, Polite, and quite thorough. They did everything I requested quickly, and cleaned up the 2 sites in the backyard perfectly. On any future jobs out back...planting...landscape work, I will be sure to call them. They charge a fair price for their work.
