Description of Work: I bought a water filter and softner system from them about a year ago, the other day the power cord went bad, I called them, they came out, replaced the cord, took them all of 5 minutes. They charged me $84. $25 for the cord, and $60 bucks for the service call. I just felt they should have waived the service charge, seeing how I just paid off the loan I had to get to buy the filter, and they are only 5 miles down the road... But, they still get a decent grade because the work was good.

+ -1 moreI am very pleased with the service/services provided by ProH20. They had installed an RO unit under the sink. I had reported a noise coming from it. They came right out and checked it out, replaced a part and when that did not cure the problem, they came out and replaced the unit at no cost to me.
Description of Work: Do not remember date. I had been having a noise coming from the RO installed under the sink. They could not find the reason. They replaced the unit with no cost to me.

+ -1 moreThe installation was done professionally, all my questions were answered and instructions were given as to the first few hours of operation, (draining, etc.) I will also have the salt delivered and at a price of less than half the cost per bag compared to the potassium. I am very happy with Pro H2O at this time.
Description of Work: I had previously had a Potassium system without delivery service. I could not carry the 40lb bags any longer and the cost kept going up. I stopped in the Ocala store and was told I could convert my system to a salt conditioning and have an under the sink RO unit as I wanted to filter out sodium as much as possible from my drinking and cooking water. The pricing was affordable and I chose to have the work done.

+ -1 moreThe installation went well and I am very satisfied. I have used them a lot and will continue to use them in the future. I think their pricing is competitive and the owner, Ira, is a good guy. They are very responsive and call if something is holding them up from being on time for their appointment.
Description of Work: I used Pro H2O to install new equipment on my water softener in order to take the rust, iron and sulfur out of the well water.
