Awesome customer service from the first phone call to the repair. Fast, efficient and so very reasonable! I am a realtor and they will be the only company I call again for garage doors.

After getting a very high price from Discount Garage Doors, I called K C Doors. They came out the next day and gave me a great price to repair or replace. The next day they came and in one hour, I had a new garage door. Their price to repair was a quarter of DGD and almost half of their price to replace the door.

Fantastic! They worked me into their schedule the same day I called. Arrived when scheduled. Polite, professional and did a first rate job. Best service on anything in a very long time.

He showed up on time, performed the spring replacement, door lubrication and garage door opener adjustments in less than one half hour. Derrick from K C Garage Doors and Openers, Inc called and arrived a half hour early. I was expecting to hear an estimate of $200-300. I was surprised when he said he could get everything fixed for $80. He replaced the ceiling brackets on both sides, replaced the broken cable and serviced the door (replaced broken rollers and lubricated the door) so that it operates as well as a 1974 model can. It took him about an hour and a half and the door works perfectly. I will certainly use K C Garage Door and Openers, Inc again and will recommend them to friends.

brian was nice and freindly and he quickly replaced the springs. what i have a problem with is the price per hour, $115.... some lawyers dont even get that. i think its gouging some one who is desparate to get a garage door fixed. also a "door reset fee of $285, what is that????????????

I got the company and phone from the Yellow Pages. Answered promptly. Told he would call back for appointment as was not in office. Called back within 2 hours. Scheduled a time agreeable to me. Employee showed up promptly. Employee installed correctly. Together we agreed to door closing adjustments balancing power of closure to depth of closure. HE CLEANED UP! (taking old opener and new opener packaging). Price was as agreed. VERY PLEASED.

They were fine. They were on time and charged me less than what they quoted on the phone.

The repairman did the weather stripping on the bottom of the door.

K. C. showed up a half hour after placing the trouble call. Repair was completed in about 20 minutes; I didn't watch. The door works better and is quieter than it's ever been.
