It's like I died and went to cleaners heaven. GEB Services clean things in my house that I don't even think about. They are great! Even in emergencies, like when I had mildew, they came as soon as possible. They are efficient, cheerful, and polite. They are flexible with scheduling appointments and the cost is reasonable. If they are ever late, they will call me to let me know. GEB Services always go through my house with a fine tooth comb. I used them for the first 2 months through the Big Deal I purchased through Angie's List, but I plan to use them going forward too.

They were on time and did a good job covering all the things I needed. My house was pretty bad and hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time. I'd definitely use them moving forward.

I called GEB Services through Angie's List. I was very pleased with all the wonderful reviews she received. This provider gave me a great sales and services pitch, all the while bragging about her affiliation with Angie's List. She was very eager to gain new business. She was supposed to provide a meet and greet this morning at 11:00 am. I received a telephone call from the owner at 8:00 am. She was talking fast and borderline rude. She told me that she had two employees call off of work today and that she would not be able to keep her 11:00 am appointment. Before I could get a word in to say anything, she continued talking very quickly and told me that she would not be able to accept this job. Normally I am very understanding, but this was very upsetting and aggravating. As a business owner, you brag about your services, you advertise on Angie's List which is advertised on every television station, and you can't fulfill your promises. I understand that things happens, but life is happening also for me, the consumer. I feel that if she didn't want the job in the first place that she should have respected me enough to contact me sooner than 3 hours before the scheduled service. I was obtaining GEB Services for my in-laws. This has been a very difficult process to get them to even to agree to this meeting, and all of the hard work my husband and I did, was lost. I cannot recommend this service, as I was told by the owner that she did not want my business. I hope this review will save anyone else from further frustration.

They always arrive right on time and go straight to work. No shortcuts, they spend several hours here each time they come. Always a great experience and everything is cleaned perfectly. We are very happy with their service.

I have been using this service for several months now, there have been some ups and downs. For the most part they do a good job, however, there are some things that are not done to my satisfaction. When I bring it to their attention they will correct the problem.

It didn't go over so well. She did not show up the first time when she was supposed to and didn't complete the job but still took all the money. She was supposed to show up, she didn't. She canceled and she scheduled to be there that afternoon. She didn't show up for an hour, she had a party or something to go to. And she suppositively came the next day and you know they were supposed to clean the whole house, she only did a room and a half. I was not pleased.

The price is reasonable considering scope of job done. Erika and her 2 helpers were about 15 minutes early and got right to work. The three of them were extremely thorough - chatting between them was minimal - each did their job. They only took a short break for lunch.

It went well. No problems.

The first time they come in they showed up with quite a crew and really did a top to bottom very thorough cleaning. After that there's a couple of regulars that come in and they are very good. They're also thorough as well. Once my foot is healed I will probably only have them come in for an annual spring cleaning kind of thing.

After the loss of our son my wife and I had little energy to keep up with work and cleaning. we called and got an answer right away. They have been very profesional and do a great job. when my wife changes things on them every week they take it in stride and do what she ask. We are pleased with the service and continue to use them every week.

Erika and her team came in and cleaned my 3 bedroom 2 bath 2700 sq. foot house in a very professional matter.she used all her own cleaning supplies and equipment. It was a pleasure to sit down that evening to a sparkling clean and wonderful smelling home. I have hired Erika on a bi-weekly basis.

Fantastic. Erica is a dynamo and deserves an Honor Roll status. She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. and also efficient. Immediate phone response, set up a meeting quickly, inspected the house, gave us a price on the spot and set up the cleaning day just a few days hence. The entire crew was friendly, polite and hard working. In fact, Erica works herself and she works hard.

I called on Tuesday and they came out on Thursday. They gave me a discount for getting two services at once (deep cleaning and windows) and an additional discount for being a first-time customer. They were prompt arriving at the house and got right to work, working diligently for 6 hours. I received a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the service. I am!

My Mom just moved to a smaller home, and the 2 of us alone just weren't making a quick enough dent. I couldn't stay much longer, and I just couldn't leave her to deal with this on her own. Erika promptly got back to me and was able to give us 2 appts. that week. She and and another lady came in, took control, and helped us completely unpack and organize a huge kitchen with A LOT of boxes and food and misc., and returned to help us manage, unpack and organize a very overstuffed garage in record speed. It was amazing to see the difference made in just a few hours, and it made all the difference in getting this house settled. I can't thank you both enough, and I happily recommend Erika to anyone. :)

Contacted GEB for my elderly parents. Erika called me back very quickly and I explained that my parents needed help on a regular basis. She went by my parents home that day and after walking through and discussing with my parents what the would like done she called me and we discussed that for the first visit they had decided that it was best to do a whole house cleaning as there was a lot more than I thought that needed to be cleaned initially. We set the appointment for that Friday, August 3rd. I visited my parents the next day and they were VERY happy and explained to me that Erika and one employee showed up on Friday as promised and they got busy. They cleaned all the cabinets in the kitchen, wiped down all the ceiling fans and walls, cleaned both bathrooms, dusted all 3 bedrooms and living room, cleaned windows, vacuumed and mopped the floors and even dusted all the knick knacks around. My mother proudly took me from room to room to show me and they just couldn't say enough about how nice Erika and they young man she had with her were. She even offered to change and make the beds. Now that the initial cleaning is done, she will be back every other Friday for maintenance of their home which will cost $55.00 each visit.

My aging parents have been having a great deal of trouble keeping up their house in Lecanto. When my Mom went to the hospital, things just became too much for my Dad. I couldn't help directly, living out of state. I did some internet searches and found that there were not a wide selection of housecleaning services in the area. I actually called a couple places, and Erika, the owner of this company, was the first to answer. She indicated that for her service, she prefers to do a first time 'deep clean', and then the weekly follow ups. The price for both services was very reasonable. So, we arranged a time, and the work began. She did a great job on the deep clean, and with the follow up clean. She updates me regularly, particularly if there are any problem areas and ensures I understand everything that is involved. Erika has been a great help to my Dad at this time, and her efforts are greatly appreciated. I have asked her for follow on quotes for other special cleaning projects around the house, and she has presented them to me honestly. She, and her team, are hard, honest workers, and recommend them highly.
