 + -1 moreI was satisfied with them. They came and picked up the carpet. They did a better job than the place I had it cleaned earlier. Someone commented that they had good results. Price wise it was something which I expected.
Description of Work: I used Duraclean Master Cleaners to clean an oriental wool rug.

 + -1 moreTony was scheduled to arrive and had a family emergency so he called prior to our appointment and appoligized about not being able to come when scheduled. We discussed availability for the day and he called when the emergency was over. He came to the house promptly afterwards ver apoligetically. He cleaned the high traffic area in the master bedroom and did not charge me since he had to delay the sertvice. I have used Tony before and would highly recommend him and use him again.
Description of Work: Tony cleaned the carpet in my daughter's room and cleaned 6 dining room chairs that were filthy

Description of Work: The first time I called about smoke damage to my house was on 10/9/10. Duraclean picked up 7 wool oriental area carpets and 3 wool Hooked rugs. They were very prompt, did a great job and returned the carpets in good time. The cost was $579.00 at that time The second time was for the cleaning of my Dapes and Sheers and fixed Valences throughout the house. They did the work in place and were very careful. there was no mess or residue and the windows were perfect after they finished. The cost at that time was $314.00. I have had no smell of the smoke damage since they did all of that. I am happy with the service and the professionalism.

 + -1 moreyoung man by the name of mike was very punctual and profesional.
Description of Work: sprayed my carpet with a solution to loosen up dirt and stains and then he steam vac my rug . put plastic and styrofoam under my furniture so the rug would dry evenly without leaving markings.

 + -1 moreI have never had the carpets look so beautiful, and they did an outstanding job of cleaning the chairs and sofa. They are so pleasant and they do their work well. They are neat and are out of here in good order. They arrived right on time, and they don't try to sell me anything. They do what I ask them to do, and they answer any questions I have. I never feel pressured to buy anything, and their prices are reasonable. I absolutely plan to use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. The price above was for the chair and sofa cleaning.
Description of Work: Two weeks ago they cleaned my 10 year old wool berber carpets throughout my home. I was so pleased that I had them come back today and clean 8 chairs, a sofa, and apply Durashield to the chairs and sofa.
