I had a problem with them and I had problems with both the residences. I forgot that I had them for the first place; otherwise I wouldn’t have called them for the second place. I didn’t like anything about their service. A guy came out and took the top off my water conditioning system. He took it out and washed it out. He aimed for a dish that I put out for wild animals to drink out off and I live in a rural area. I said wait and that I will get some fresh water for that and he said that was okay. He plunged the top of my water conditioning system into this bowl of dirty water and washed it out. He then put it back on and he contaminated my whole water system. He billed me $90. I told him that the system was leaking. It was still leaking and he left, and that was at this house. At the other house, after he left I could not turn on my sprinkler system because he put a new pipe in and it blocked the lever from my sprinkler system. So I could not turn on my water sprinkling system for my lawn. He left the pressure gauge for my water pump blank in the utility top and he never reinstalled it. It wasn’t until he left that I realized that the second time that I had the same person both times. It was the same company and I felt terrible. I would never have done business with them again. We have wells in this area and we have a lot of sulfur and hard water. So we need a system to treat the water here in this part of Florida. This is the company I would never deal with again. It was $250 the last time I had them out.
