They were very good about working with us on timing. They were really easy to work with. They were very thorough which was most important to us.

 + -1 moreVery good job...Chris had a cancellation before my appointment and he called to ask if it would be possible to come earlier which I appreciated. In addition to the cost estimate, he had given me an estimate on how long the work would take and it turned out he was pretty close. He was very honest in his approach and very professional. I would use his services again.
Description of Work: I had 15 area rugs, of varying sizes and quality, that needed to be cleaned.

 + -1 moreWe've had C&C clean our carpets three times so far. Most recently they also did our bathroom floors. All I can say is they do an excellent job. Chris is never in a rush, but takes his time and is very thorough. He is very conscientious about doing good work. Their prices are good as well.

Description of Work: cleaned 4 rooms of carpet, cleaned a large sectional sofa. Almost immediate call after info posted on Angies list. He gave me a via phone guesstimate, we arranged a date and time. He provided wonderful service, and got out some old ugly stains. I do not know about his pricing, but I do know others that advertise things like 4 rooms for 59. sure do not do much, so I figure it was time to pay more and get more.

 + -1 moreAs I stated above, Chris and his associate were very professional. They were careful in moving things that needed to be moved and gave clear instructions about how long to wait before sitting on the furniture and replacing plants that were contained in wicker baskets.Chris answered all my questions with patience. An excellent experience overall.
Description of Work: I had eight rooms of carpeting cleaned and deodorized and six of the rooms were also Scotch guarded. They carpets came out looking brand new. I also had a sofa and love seat cleaned as well. The $355 included all the work that was done. I thought this was very reasonable as my rooms are good sized. Chris and his associate were very professional and hardworking. They arrived on time and worked steadily until the job was done. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. Everything dried within about 4 hours. I will definitely use this company again.
