Showed up with 3 guys, got right to work and were very neat through whole process. Had some bad traffic around and crew had a long ride out to my place but still arrived right around appointment time. Showed me through process what they were doing and were courteous whole time. I recommend them.

It went great. I was quoted a price on the phone of $230 to have the septic tank pumped. This is all new to me and told him so, we've been in the house 2 months and have zero knowledge of what type of tank we have or where the opening is but were told by our realtor to have this done soon after we moved in, to start 'fresh'. They came out the next day, dug the opening to the tank only to realize it was a 2nd plastic tank, a reservoir for the water. They found the main concrete tank, had to really dig to get to that opening and there was a pipe going over the opening which meant more careful digging, so took some time but they got to it, and started pumping. He explained how the system works, how to keep it running properly. Said it's a good system and in good shape, everything was fine except the alarm system didn't have a line going into the tank, so the alarm won't go off if the 2nd tank backs up and fills. After some discussion, I decided to let it be, if I hear a gurgle in the house, from a toilet or sink to call him or another Septic company immediately because then you know something is broken/needs to be replaced and at that time, we would also replace the alarm system because it's an older model anyways, not even sure it works if we did have a line (we've been having some electrical challenges with this house). On my invoice, he drew out where the 2 tank openings and drain field are located. He charged me $250. Would definitely recommend and use again.
