My Tech was very professional, detailed and thorough. I have the same tech every time, very nice man. I would HIGHLY recommend this service provider.

They are reliable. Lawn seems to have improved. They are just a bit more expensive then others for same service. I would have given all A's if the price for the service would be more competitive. Also their sales technique is antiquated hard sell BS. Since this area is primarily elderly retired folks, this is a concern.

I'm very happy with them. I have the same technician every single time. I trust him enough that he he's got the code, so that he can spray and keep the bugs in check, even when I am not home. So I feel they are trust worthy and reliable, and I'm very, very happy with the service.

The person that came was not very professional. He was telling how bad everybody else was rather than the services he provides. He just did a quote. He came with his sales presentation. I was turned off with him and I said, no. It's okay to be better than everybody else is, just don't talk anybody else down. They may do a fine service or they may do a really good job. The person who came to see me tried to sell me their service and that he's professional and that he has to prove to me and the rest of the company is not professional. I didn't pay any attention to the quote after the comments that he made about other services and profits. Responsiveness is good. He came right away but he was two hours late. I will not use them. Honestly, we decided we'll give it a shot and do it ourselves.

I will never use A-1 pest control of Florida again !!!! Total unprofessional company !!!! Sales man (Ed) Said the person doing the treatment (Artie) would dig a six inch deep by six inch wide ditch around the house and treat the garage using four gallon of treatment ever ten feet, Artie dug a small little line around the home, maybe a inch wide by an inch deep, has a garden hose with tank on back of a small pick up truck, no way to know how much he is using, don't know if he is using one gallon or four gallon per ten feet !!!! Plus he never treated the garage which is attached to the home !!!!! The home is 1692 square feet with a two and half car garaged !!!! Beware of using this company !!!!!!

Came in and sprayed for bugs but did not go in the attic. They came back out and charged me again. Not at all happy AND the bugs did not go away.

I got just what I wanted less than other companies

They are the best in this area. I've been using them now for about 10 years now. They do great work and I never have any problem with bugs. They have flea control and its great.
