+ 0 moreThis was the best repair experience I've had in ages. That's why I'm writing this review.
Description of Work: On my first phone call, the sec'y. asked my brand of washer and if it were top or front loader, and which part of the wash cycle was broken. When the guy showed up the next morning, on time, he had all parts with him, diagnosed it correctly, installed the correct part, and was out in 15 minutes. This cost $118, much less than Sears' estimate of between $129 and over $300 just to come out and diagnose. These guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!
