+ -1 moreOur router problems and other computer concerns were swiftly remedied. The Heatons were very pleasant. We were impressed.
Description of Work: After our move from out-of-state to Inverness, our router would not recognize our PC or our lap top. We, other computer savvy family members, our cable company as well as Toshiba Customer Service all attempted to correct this problem...with only temporary success. After three weeks, we asked Rich Heaton on 29th Parallel to assist.
