Jose was awesome! I had a cleanup project for a small shed that was packed. I needed someone with patience to pull EVERYTHING out, help me sift and sort, consolidate, dump and reassemble things. Jose did everything I asked, was so friendly and agreeable, never showed any impatience or that the task was beneath him, and even helped me move some stuff to a storage facility...all accomplished within the agreed-upon time frame. It was EXACTLY what I was hoping for and made me so happy! I WILL use Jose for other projects, some requiring more technical/trade expertise.
