He took the time to explain everything as we went through the house. He has a really good eye for catching potential problems. He even identified a problem tree in our neighbor's yard - he suggested that we ask the neighbor to cut down the tree before it falls in our yard. A month before closing, we had a huge storm, and it did fall down onto our house as he predicted. Overall he was patient and knowledgeable.

He did a fantastic job. He's still a resource for us if we need recommendations of companies in our area. I would recommend him. If he were still in our area, I would use him again.

George was awesome to work with. He was very flexible and available with his scheduling and willing to work around my schedule. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and informative. He was very professional but at the same time friendly and made the process very enjoyable. I would recommend him to anyone else.

George has always been very professional, friendly and best of all, thorough. When he did our house inspection, he walked through with us and answered the myriad of questions we had for him. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out all the possible issues that could come up with a home inspection. After the actual inspection, he sent us a bound booklet with all the information of what he inspected, what he observed, how to maintain the system in question (e.g. the HVAC, water heater, etc.) Since that time, I have called George at least once every six months or so to get his advice on who to call for an issue we were having. In fact, I called him on CHRISTMAS EVE about a problem we were having with our HVAC and he actually came over to our house and took a look. It turns out our thermostat had gone bad. He was so nice and has always been there for us. I don't remember how much we paid for the house inspection, but he has given us much more back than he charge us, of that I am sure. Honest, dependable, ethical.
