Aquaman Leak Detection

They came and quickly saw it was a leak in a newly installed pool pump. They turned off the pump and recommended I call the pump installer. Which I did. They did not charge me. I was greatly relieved

I thought I had a leak, they had me do a bucket test and turns out I didn't. Left a review a few years ago when I did have a leak, they are excellent!

Lowell Ball (owner) is the BEST! Seriously, he is excelent in every way. I was very pleased. I was so disappointed before I found him. This is the second time he has helped us out. We tried four other companies and was totally frustrated. He is knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I feel he is the best out there?

They worked hard to find the leak. Mine was a complicated problem which required more work than we were willing to complete at this time. Assisted in isolating the leak, as well as advising on how to perform the fix, whether we use them or not. Very impressed and appreciate their hard work and knowledge sharing!

Lowell and his team are top notch professionals. He took the time to explain everything that they would be doing to remove the old skimmer and put in a new one. Lowell and his team are very knowledgeable and strive to please the customer. He personally worked along side his employee and answered any questions I had. I would rate them an A+++ if I could. It went great and haven't leaked since then! They are very responsive, they came right away and did the job as soon as possible. This company is great and form what they did, their price is reasonable.

My pool system is running sluggish and I had the Aquaman. The technician responded and did an inspection. He said he couldn't find any problems that the line may have a blockage and that he would call a more experienced technician.They never contacted me again.

Be careful with this pool detection service. They state a 30 day warranty on any repairs but will charge an additional service fee of $300.00 (within the warranty period) and state it was a separate leak. I had to call another pool leak detection service to finally locate and fix the leak. Complete waste of time and rip off. Filing a complaint against their business license so no one else is ripped off by this business.

After making the repairs, the brothers showed me what I needed to know about taking care of pools as I am new to Orlando and therefore new to having my own pool. Really nice and, from what I can see, very trustworthy. LFF

When our pool developed a slow leak, Aquaman dove the pool, detected the problem and stopped the leak. Three months later, when a more dramatic loss of water suddenly began, they located a crack in the skimmer at no charge and gave us a referral for the major repair required. This unexpected "good will" service was certainly appreciated and we will call Aquaman for any leak that might develop in future. Nice guys and very professional.

I called to get service and an appointment date was set for Friday October 9th at 11:00 AM. It was 12:30 PM and no one showed up or called. I called the office and they said they were delayed on another job. I fully understand that they can be delayed and a little late. However it is totally unacceptable and unprofessional not to call after and hour and half late to let the customer know. If I had not called it probably would have being even longer. I cancelled the service. If they can not even do something as simple as call or be professional I would not trust them working on my pool.

Showed up as advertised and scheduled. Found and diagnosed pool leak for $300. It was a return line coming into pool located under cool decking and pavers. Could not repair leak, passed my name to another party who was suppose to contact me for repair estimate, but never did. Recontacted leak specialist and he referred me to another repair service who did contact me and provided a repair estimate for $975, which seems a little high, but, I have no experience in this type of repair or costs. So now, it looks like I will be into detection and repair for about $1300. But, it has to be repaired.

We contacted Aquaman because we were losing about 1and quot; of water every 2 weeks. Lowell was on a job near us and said he would come by afterwards, which he did. Lowell looked at our pool and pump setup and saw some surface cracking near the filter area, he did a test around that area with a liquid and found a few small cracks right around the filter/tile area. He repaired the cracks and told us to monitor the water level, they were the problem and we had no water loss after that. While he was there Lowell gave us a bunch of advice on how we can better treat our pool, as it was a smaller patio pool. He jotted down a pool chemical plan that he felt was good for our size pool which we stick to to this day. He also did some general pool clean up and cleaned out my pump filter as a free add-on. Lowell is a really nice guy and it was clear he knows everything about pools and repairing leaks.

The man shows up on time and delivers on time! On top of his great work, he takes the time to make sure I know my pool and ways to get the most/ longest out of the equipment. This mans goal is not to push equipment or stuff on you but rather there take care of the problem you asked for his expertise on. Have used regularly and would definitely recommend!

From initial contact to completion of work, the Aquaman (Lowell and his team) were extremely professional, competent and customer service oriented. The first phone call consisted of providing additional troubleshooting methods, service delivery and billing policies. After the additional troubleshooting was performed, he immediately scheduled an on-site appointment that fit my schedule. He arrived at the worksite at the appointed time and you could immediately tell that he was prepared for any scenario that might present itself. Which was good, because our pool had a difficult leak to find. He was very methodical and persistent in trying to find the leak. His perseverance paid off with locating the leak (to me in a very hard-to-find location) and immediately repairing it. Throughout the entire time they were at the site, they were professional, knowledgable and friendly. Since I am new to owning a pool, he spent extra time explaining various aspects of pool operation and maintenance, even though he had another pressing appointment. Highly recommended that if you suspect a problem with your pool or spa, to use Aquaman Leak Detection. You will not be disappointed.

I had googled Flood Grout pipe repair, They had there local contractor, Aquaman Leak Detection, call me. We spoke about my problem of pool leaks. They said that they would be in my area and would stop We went to the pool and they brought their equipment to the pool and went to work diagnosing the problem. After about 45 min. Their accessment was that the skimmer was the problem. I offered to compensate them and they refused, stating that after the work that is sceduled to be done later this month they would be glad to come back a retest. Aquaman went above and beyond to find my leak. Anyone who needs pool leak service should call them. Best serivce I ever recieved. If I ever have to need this type of service again AQUAMAN IS MY MAN.

Lowell explained on the phone his methods and billing. He arrive3d on schedule and discovered 6-7 small leaks in the pool and patched them quickly. Thankfully they were not serious. His agreement is that5 he charges $259.00 for the call, and nothing at all if he cannot discover the leak. If he can repair the leak(s), the charge is still $250. I would definitely use Lowell again.
