Description of Work: Stone Reflexions did a great job restoring our old terrazzo floors that had been badly neglected under dirty carpet and linoleum tile. They told us up front that we would likely have "ghosting" --pale yellow lines where the linoleum tile glue seeped into the floors, but showed us a way to fade them over time. They fixed the many holes where carpet was nailed directly into the floors, too. Those spots were not matched quite perfectly, but the owner said he would come back to adjust the color if it bothered us. We may or may not take him up on that depending on where our furniture ends up. |Overall, the floors shine and look amazing...so fresh. |My only complaint would be the dust--a little dusting of shelves and counters would have been appreciated after they left, but that's pretty small potatoes. The cost was very reasonable and the crew was friendly and seemed to take genuine pride in the work they did for us.

+ -1 moreRich is such a talented guy that focuses on just one thing these days. He does Terrazzo Floor Restoration and he does it better than anybody. We were looking for someone who could take a 1966 Florida house and bring back the original terrazzo. We called Rich before we ever closed on the house in question. He came out the day of our inspection to take a look at the job. He allowed us to ask questions and provided us with information we did not even know we needed. Like all really good craftsmen, Rich was booked out some time, but he did provide us with three alternate restoration people and did ask that we call them. We did interview all three, but decided that Rich was worth the wait. He was able to get to us a little earlier that arranged and went right to work. Let me just say that this process is A LOT of work ~~~ and he and co-worker Brad really know their stuff. They are clean, efficient and just all around nice people. End result -- The floors look better than new.
