To those considering pressure washing and window cleaning services...Transformational is the only way to describe the outcomes that we have received from Shack Wash. Al Hipps is a true professional and a gentleman on top of that. He does what he says and delivers beyond what you can imagine. We have know Al for approaching 5 years and he has provided the services above for us at 3 different homes on at least 5 different occasions during this time. On our last home, Al softwashed our driveway [60 yards long] and our tennis court. The results were startling [In a good way]. This past week, Al soft washed our driveway and sidewalk and cleaned our windows inside and out. Despite the windows being older and having been neglected for some, Al and his team rejuvinated our home in a single day. When I called Albert he returned my call promptly and scheduled to clean our windows at a time that was convenient for me. He arrived right on time and began working. He was courteous and pleasant, explaining why he was using certain products and methods. He was fastidious in making sure nothing was left out of place or soiled at all. He wore shoe covers whenever entering the house. Al's fee is extremely reasonable for our size house. His work deserves a higher fee! Thank you, Albert!!!
