Sometimes you just never know what to expect when hiring someone to perform work on your house. The last time our house was painted was 13 years ago. It was really in need of some fresh paint. We had already received a couple of estimates which seemed quite high. We called Regal and Pete came out. He looked over the house, explained what was included in the price and when the work could begin. His price was fair, he stayed in touch with us and everything was in the contract. Nothing was hidden, no additional charges, no surprises. He sent his team of George & George to do the work. They showed up at 7:00 am and left by 1:30 pm. These guys took no breaks, no lunch. They worked efficiently and effectively. When they finished there wasn't one drop of paint where it shouldn't have been. Not a mess anywhere. Their masking skills are unbelievable. An amazing job at a fair price...call Pete at Regal.

Two days before painting, the pressure cleaners showed up as scheduled and did a thorough job. Next, the painters spent time prepping the house...caulking, covering pavers, sealing. For the following 2 days, painters arrived early and painted all day. They double-checked with us on a few details to be sure of which parts would be in the trim color. Each person involved with Regal Painting was pleasant, punctual, and efficient. The paint appears to be of excellent quality, and our house looks great.

From beginning to end, Peter and his crew provided excellent service. My husband and I are very pleased with the final product. The Regal crew showed up every day they said they would, and when there were adverse weather conditions, I would get a call from Peter apologizing and rescheduling. Exceptional Service!!! My neighbors have all vowed to use Regal Pait when they're ready to paint.

Peter was exceptional to work with. I was trying to get my house painted in a small window of time and he was a blessing, getting everything done and it looked fabulous. The paint job was outstanding and they paid such attention to detail there was some detail on my house I didn't realize until they set it off with the trim colors. We've gotten more compliments on the paint job. The crew was thoughtful, thorough, professional and personable. They cleaned up every day before they left. A++

They did an excellent job. The workers were very courteous and friendly and very professional. My wife noticed a couple of places that didn't get covered after it dried so they came back and fixed the problem promptly. ||We have had complements on how the paint looks.|

Regal Painting was amazing. They painted our house in three days start to finish, the workmanship was great, and worth every penny. Their professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. I'm a meticulous person and to this day I haven't found one issue. Simply awesome! I'd recommend them to anyone.

My husband made an appointment with the painter to discuss painting our house with him - he never showed and never called.

The estimate was complete and the work began on the date agreed upon. The painters were very neat and did not leave a mess and were very detailed. Steve's work was experienced. The house looks very good.

We met Peter at the paint store, called the next day he came right away to look at house. We received the estimate the next day. Juan showed up the day of start a little earlier than the scheduled tIme which was great for us. We had a few changes we wanted to make to the original estimate which they took care of with no problem. I will call them back for the exterior this spring.

I asked him to come that same day for an estimate as I need the house painted by next week. He arrived on time and explained to me how he will paint the house and the products he would use. He answered my questions and told me he would send the estimate by e-mail a soon as possible. I received the estimate the next day. The price is very good. I have not hired him yet as I am still trying to decide who to hire but he is certainly one of the candidates for the Job.

Peter came to our home and later emailed an estimate to us. We agreed to the price and set up a date to begin the work. Peter called to postpone the work due to rains that backed up previous jobs. Our job was then scheduled to begin on Oct 10. Peter called the evening of the 8th to ask if his crew could begin on the 9th. We agreed. Juan and Jose arrived early in the morning and got straight to work. Juan, the foreman specified what was to be done. They prepped all day on the 9th then painted throughout the day to completion on the 10th. Juan did a walk around with me after the job was complete to make sure trash was picked up and nothing was missed. The new paint job looks terrific. We would definitely utilize the services of Regal Painting again.

Peter provided a quote the next day! He was very responsive and professional. Also, he had the best price. However, I decided to go with a more expensive vendor who came out to see the home and provided the quote. I just felt more comfortable with this method because of the condition of the home. The job quality is fantastic. The owner came out and gave us an estimate of $2200, which is very reasonable. We got two other quotes of $1900 and $3800 and got confused about the reasonable price. After we got the quote from Regal, we decided to go with them. They have good reputations in my neighborhood. They were scheduled till end of April, but tried to squeeze us in to their busy schedule in early March. They identified problem with the covered porch, which will cause seam in painting in 1-2 years. The problem was caused by irresponsible builder of our house. The contractor reported to the owner, and the owner decided to fix the problem with NO additional cost to us. On the last day, the painter worked till 7:00 pm to make sure that the job was done right. The whole job was done in four days, using the rolling method instead of spraying. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the 5-year warranty promised by the owner. A worker accidentally hit the sprinkler head near our bush, and the sprinkler head fells off. The owner was willing to help us repair. We just went to Lowes, spent $10 to get a new head, and fixed the problem ourselves. In general, it is good experience, and will hire them again if needed.

He came out to give me an estimate and I never heard back from him. He was a nice guy and I'm not sure if he just got busy, but we never heard back from him at all.

Peter's crew did a great job. Both he and they were very professional. They came when they said, did the work as it should be done, and the finished product is great. Two of my neighbors liked what they saw and have hired him as well. No negative comments other than to say that with any contractor you hire, it is always good to double check the work as it is being done to make sure there is nothing being missed. I found a couple very small issues during the job that his crew took care of right away. They were happy to please. The only reason I gave the price a "B" is becuase it was the same as everyone else - not expensive, but not a deal either. But well worth the price to get a top paint job.

We decided to go with another company who was also able to provide other handymen services we needed.

This was a "textbook" home-improvement job from start to finish. The crew arrived when they said they would, worked the hours they said they would, and did everything right the first time. They took great care around our new windows, which were just replaced last summer. Far too often, people take enormous amounts of time to describe everything that went wrong with a company, but you don't see the reverse: high praise. In this case, Regal Painting did everything right, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!

I called them up and their were a couple of delay's. It took about 2 weeks for them to complete the service and they did a great job.

We called Peter after our original painter had to cancel due to health reasons. Peter came out and provided an accurate quote within a couple hundred of the original quote. He was fast and responsive. Although he was booked for a few weeks later than we wanted, he worked with us to start our job as soon as he was able. Peter's team were all professional and friendly, starting right on time each day at 7 a.m. Peter would show up each morning and help organize the crew. They moved all furniture helped us keep our house livable during the process. They worked at home without our supervision and were done by 4 pm each day. Every night for 4 days they packed up all the supplies in the garage and cleaned up each room as if they weren't even in the house. It was a pleasure to arrive home after work and see the great progress made. The Regal team provided quality work and took care to protect our furniture as much as possible. We would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Excellant. I needed a quality exterior painting job due to a moisture problem inside the house probably due to stucco cracks and other exterior issues. Peter at Regal painting was very knowledgabe with moisute problems. He recommended a sealant called permacoat which would keep moisture from entering the house but would allow trapped moisture to breath outward. His workers were very professional and thourough. They did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the final product and would highly recommended their services.

We had just bought a house that had not been lived in for over a year. Regal Painting was just finishing up a job across the street and based on the rave reviews by those homeowners, our realtor who had also used them, and the Angieslist reviews, we hired them to do the complete painting of our house which had not been painted since it was built 10 years before. Pete and his team started when they said they would, cleaned up carefully each day and finished on time. Peter was in communication with me at each step of the process. I couldn't have been happier with how things turned out.

We contacted 3 other companies advertising in the local "yellow Pages", and they all came out and gave us estimates for the work. Of the 3 companies, Regal appeared to be the most knowledgeable about the products to be used, and the amout of protective covering that would be required to protect our furnishings. They also understood about what had to be removed by us, and what would done by their personnel as part of the job. We selected the colors from a local store and purchased the products in the quantity that they advised. For us, doing so eliminated any further discussion or question that may develop about color shade/matching,or product actually used. On the appointed day, Regal Painters arrived and immediately set out to do the work. The furniture that was to be moved, was done with care, very well covered. The work was excellent with very precise "cut-in" at wall to ceiling and trim junctions, no runs, "holidays"/bare place, bruch or roller textures. The restoration and clean up were accomplished as well as possible. At all times, the Painters wore "whites", and acted very professional. Regal was not the lowest Bidder; but they appeared to be the best deal. We had work done subsequently by other paint Contractors, of a similar scope and lower price; but the quality, and professionalism were lacking. Our "work date" is a best estimate as we no longer have actual records.
