They did a good job on the project that they had quoted. However, the previous owners of our house had used a specific type of stain/sealant for the deck that still showed through in some areas that hadn't been worn down as much. When Regal applied the new stain/sealant it appeared muddled as there were patches that came through differently where the old stain still showed through. I wished they would have told us that we needed to have it sanded down first instead of them going through with the sealing.

We had contacted 3 other painting companies in May and had gotten higher estimates. Peter was extremely professional when he came out to give us an estimate and we decided to use Regal. He told us they would be able to start on June 8th. We spoke to him several times to verify the date and he came back out on June 3rd to verify paint color and ask if they could pressure clean the house on June 5th. The pressure cleaning was done on June 5th and the painters showed up at 7:15 AM on Monday, June 8th. They covered the windows, patched all the cracks and went to work painting. They had to leave at 4 PM with 80% of the painting done. The painters were back the next morning at 7:20 AM and we pointed out a couple of things we felt they had missed. They corrected everything and were gone by 10 AM. Peter came out on Wed. to make sure the job was complete and collect his money.

I was very satisfied with their work. They were very professional, clean, punctual, and I would highly recommend them to others. They get an A+.

We received the estimate very quickly. They were very flexible with the timing of the project -as we needed to coordinate with flooring company and complete both jobs prior to moving in. The flooring company was not punctual;therefore; it put the painting project beheind but Regal worked at night and over the weekend to ensure it was ready prior to our move in date.

The price that we were quoted was the price that we received. They cleaned up well. They were professional and did not did bother me. His workmanship is excellent. The job from start to finish was above and beyond.

We went to them because of their reputation. They painted several of the houses in our neighborhood which made it a fairly easy choice. You can see the quality of the work. They are a little more expensive but are worth it.

They were very thorough, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves (there was very little mess). The house looked great.

THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, ON TIME, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICES WERE RIGHT IN LINE WITH EVERYONE ELSE'S. HE SOLD ME ON HIS SERVICES. IT WAS WHAT HE PERFORMED, HIS PRESENTATION, AND HIS REFERENCES THAT GOT ME TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
