+ -1 moreI made an appointment which I could not keep. I called and left a message to cancel the appointment and explained why. I did not hear back from them again until the day of the previously scheduled appointment. He was looking for my house. He never listened to my voice message I left two days prior because I think he said he was too busy. It is important for me to work with businesses who keep up with their phone calls and messages.

+ -1 moreThey do a great job they even move the furniture when they clean. He provides a good service and is very thorough. He is just a nice person in general too.
