Chris was scheduled to perform the inspection on a Monday, called the realtor and rescheduled, called again on Tuesday wanting to reschedule again--said something about his software needed to be updated. The realtor and I both accommodated his schedule to get him there at 1030 on a Wednesday morning. The realtor met Chris there and found him sitting in a lawn chair outside while someone on his team was under the house. Chris provided a report several days later that was incomplete, contradictory and confusing. The report indicated active leaks under the house and multiple examples of bad plumbing. He also indicated there was still knob and tube wiring in the house but did not clarify if it was active or not. In one page of the report he indicated active leaks on another no active leaks. His report indicated no evidence of termite service--the home had a termite bond and the contractor later came out to confirm and provided his own inspection that there were no termites and the bond is in place. I hired two separate certified plumbers to come out and confirm if there were or were not active leaks under the house--both certified there were no active leaks. They did recommend some work be done but there were no active leaks. Chris is a poor inspector, appears to want to find as much wrong as possible. He even went so far as to recommend plumbers and electricians he thought I should use--and wanted to send them my inspection report as well as be there when I called for a second opinion. Chris is also a contractor and as such has a conflict of interest. I would not recommend using this company at all/
