Description of Work: Nice people to speak with on the phone. They were on time, polite and did not try play con games or try to overcharge. I have had a lot of pool people try to rip me off. They have lied so much, they are rediculous. My husband goes outside with them and he knows what is wrong with the filter or whatever the problem is but is too weak and sick to repair anything himself. He listens to the BS they try to hand him and then he calls for another estimate from some other company and on and on and on it goes. In Florida most of them think that if you are old that means you are stupid. Brevard Pools were honest from the start so we will be calling them again. It is such a relief to finally find honest pool people. Most of my appliances are under warrenty with Sears and major ones including electrical and pluming are under warrenty to an insurance company that my lender provides. I could not deal with all of the repair people in Florida as it would be too nerve wracking and time consuming. You ALWAYS have to get three estimates and then pick one or call for three more. It is much worse now because of the economy. Thank God for Angie's List as things are going to change in time, especially if people speak up about any and all problems they have with these people, including Health Care and especially Dental, repeat especially Dental. Don't worry about their feelings because they do not care one tiny bit about you. It is all about greed. I don't know how the decent people in this state deal with these repair people, that is the reason everything we own (not the pool) is under warrenty. I am very happy that I found Brevard Pools.
