Express Seamless Gutters

I nearly made a huge mistake and went with a different gutter company that was not rated on Angie's List. I had them scheduled to come out and after reading multiple comlaints about their service online, I decided to call Express Gutters because of their many positive reviews. Allen returned my phone call immediately and scheduled a time to come and provide a quote. He brought a sample with him and explained how the gutters would be installed. His quote was reasonable and we agreed to do business. His installers came out the following day and worked diligently to finish the job. Everything looks great and I must say that it was a pleasure doing business with Allen and his employees.

Very Professional and nice appearance. Alan really bent over backwards for me and dealt with my constant calling because of other repairs that had nothing to do with him. (I was getting work done on the house repairs, paint etc) Alan called back quick and even came over a few times because I changed colors at the last minute. I expected attitude and confusion because that's what I am use to when it involves repairs and workers. But not Alan, he was very nice and did not seem bothered at all. He is a no nonsense person who strives for perfection and cares about his company's reputation.He prepared to perform a work task that was not really part of the job just to help me out. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks Alan for going above an beyond to help me out. I would use them again an recommend that you do to. Hey, it's up to you. You get what you pay for.

Phenomenal! This is the best experience I have had with any contractors since purchasing my house (10/13)! They are very professional, very competitive, on time and top quality workmanship and materials. Even after the job was completed and paid for, I noticed there was an area that had been missed by both of us, they were back the next day to finish it!

Our home did not have gutters, so I can't provide insight on how they are at replacing old gutters (i.e.: removal, clean up, etc). Allen came out, measured, and provided an estimate. He was prompt, very professional, and explained his estimate in detail. His team came out the following week and began to install the gutters. Unfortunately, one person became injured on the job. Allen came out right away and was very compassionate in handling the situation and getting his employee immediate help. His other employee continued to work diligently until all the gutters were hung. Allen came back the next day with his employee, checked the work, and they both hung all the downspouts. Under the circumstances, I was very impressed that they were able to complete the job so soon. They did very professional work and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Allen came out as promised and gave a very competitive bid, and I signed my acceptance. The installers came out when promised, were very friendly and professional and did a great job in a short time. They cleaned up after themselves. I definitely would recommend Express Seamless Gutters - the price was great and the installers courteous and professional.

Professional and punctual. Good communication to customer. Not the least expensive, however work was done with good quality. I would use this company again and would recommend to others.

Made improvements with the downspouts to much improved directions for water flow. Very good price too. This company is A+ with BBB and also with Angies List I was so pleased with the job they did - I joined Angies List

I initially emailed the company through Angie's List on a Sunday. I received a message back that day saying I would receive a call Monday morning, which I did. The next day Allen came out for the estimate and he was thorough in explaining the options. We scheduled the work for the following day. I received phone calls letting me know when they were on their way to my house both times which I appreciated. The guys that came to do the work were pleasant, professional, and cleaned everything up very well. I was pleased with the experience & work and would recommend.

He did a good job. It looks okay so far. We're in the rainy season now and I'm looking to see how it holds up. He was punctual. I wasn't home when he did the work, so he called me at work and asked when he could get paid. I told him to just send me a bill and I will pay it. He asked me if he could just come back later to get the payment. I wasn't that happy with that. He was punctual when he came for the estimate and when he came out for the work. He cleaned up after himself.

Quick, No issues. Painless process.

The project went well. A few days before scheduled installation I changed the date. It was no problem for them. They were on time, clean, quiet, and installed the new gutters exactly as planned. When they were done we asked for a couple of modifications, which they did no questions asked. Once they confirmed we were satisfied they cleaned the area, packed their truck and left. What more could we ask for?

After checking out a few of the companies that install gutters, I decided to go with Allen of Express Seamless Gutters for my house that is located in Jupiter Farms. The quality of the material and the workmanship was exceptional. Allen started the job on the date promised and finished it the same day without any problems.. It was a pleasure dealing with Allen and I highly recommend his company.

The 2 man crew came on time, was very professional and installed exactly what I ordered. They even gave me an Angie's list discount.

Wow!!! I called them day before yesterday and the job is done! They came out yesterday to provide the quote and I gave the approval and he said it would be done the next day (today). The team called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and they arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally.

I called Express Seemless Gutters (out of hours) and left a message, I got a reply the next morning to make an appointment and as a result Al turned up. He discussed what I wanted, measured up, and gave a quote there and then. An appointment for the installation was set, the guys turned up on time and got on with the job - the installation took a lot longer than expected due to the previous guttering being installed in such a bad way, Al and his co-worker put everything right and made a great job of the new installation. The finished job looks great, they cleared up after themselves and left my house looking 100% better for their visit. I have waited to write this review to see how the gutters performed when it rained and I have to report that everything is perfect. A great job VERY well done. Thank you

The owner went the extra mile for me. The did what they said they were going to do. Their customer service stood out above all the other companies I look at Their work was phenomenal.

The corners of my gutters were leaking. Express came out and basically just caulked the gutter for $200.00 which, had I known that was what they were going to do, I could have done myself for about $10.00. I had assumed they would replace the corner pieces. I blame myself for not asking more specific questions about EXACTLY what they would be doing to stop the leaks.

From the sales rep to the installers, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else but them. I got a response quickly, professionally and timely. The workers were on time, and called before arriving. The work was done without any incident what so ever. I recommended them to my neighbor and they were just as satisfied ! Great job, thank you !

Mel came when he said he would at initial contact and gave a fair written estimate. The installation was done as arranged, when arranged and for the amount arranged less the 10% discount for Angie's List members. A pleasure.

Made appointment with original call. Called me to confirm appointment twice. Showed up for appointment on time and gave proposal on the spot. Since other 3 Angie's list companies I called never showed up for their appointments or called to let me know I gave the job to this company. They scheduled work for the following week. Again they showed up when scheduled and completed job when they were here. Workers were professional. Installation looks great. Cleaned up after themselves. Warranty they offer is great (lifetime against leaks). They did everything I expect a good company to do. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again when I do the rest of my house.l

The company called to confirm twice that the rep would be at our house between certain hours to give an estimate. I had to leave work early (not an easy task) to meet him, and, not only did he not show, but didn't bother to give us a courtesy call to say he wasn't coming. We called another company from Angie's List.
