These guys are amazing! It's so hard to find good honest people but do not hesitate to call this company! On time, knew the job, efficient, experienced, got the job done. They found a leak for me that NO ONE could find for over a year. Found it and made a remarkable repair. I would highly recommend them.

I never dreamed I would be able to find someone so fast. I called one day and they were there the next morning to give me a quote. But not only that, they had the supplies on their truck and said they could get started immediately and they did. They did a nice job and cleaned up well.

Pat was very responsive and friendly, as were his crew. They replaced the frame on the outside of the windows on our home and painted them. The wood work looked great and the painting was good. The clean up was the issue. They did pick up the larger scrap wood/debris and put in trash bags and set it out for pickup. I had to pick up smaller trash (papers, wood chips, nail sleeves from the nail gun, etc.) from around the house. They got white paint on our blue house above the top window frames. They also splattered paint on the windows and our new screens and didnt clean them. I texted Pat and he said he would take care of any issues, unfortunately that hasn't happened.

I used D&A to pressure clean my house pool enclosure sidewalks and driveway. They also painted the entire exterior of my home including the pool deck. Pat was on top of the job every day. Everything he said he would do was done. I highly recommend D & A for any work on your home. Excellent quality and very fair pricing.

I initially hired for exterior window trim repair but then ended up hiring for the remaining random projects I had around my home - installing baseboard, painting bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways and doors/casings/trim, misc trim and quarter round install, installing bathroom exhaust fan staircase light fixture and door thresholds. They did it all! The pricing was more than fair. Pat was there everyday and checked in with me during and after to make sure I was satisfied. I just rehired them to do my patio which is a chemical wash, concrete stain and paint for later this week. They are a pleasure to work with and I'm so happy I found them to finish up the projects of my 1+ year long home renovation. I would not hesitate to work with them again!

D&A are a great team. We hired them to take the 40 year olld popcorn off the ceiling of the condo we bought. They removed all the popcorn, replastered and painted the whole ceiling in 3 days. They were very careful with the furniture and fixtures and put everything back in place when they finished. The ceiling looked so good that the entire condo looked much newer. Three people thought that I had the walls painted too, because it freshened the whole place. On top of everything else, they were very polite and quite reasonable to boot.
