We were impressed with their explanations of how they were going to remedy the situation, step by step. We accepted their proposal, and, they started a few days later. They completed the job in 3 & 1/2 days, when they said it might take a week. They took the time to explain to us each day, their progress & findings, & ideas. They asked our opinion on what & how we wanted things done. They did a fantastic job, beginning to end. Will hire them again when it comes time for our next project.

From start to finish - highly professional. They arrived on time for the initial visit, evaluation of work to be performed, the work itself, and final visit to ensure I was satisfied. Mr. Enyeart always kept me informed as to progress - material acquisition, arrival times, etc... Estimated cost of repair was final cost. The cost was very competitive of the three I obtained. Could not be more pleased. I highly recommend YETI Construction.

I never received a call back and its been 10 days - usually the companies that are featured in the monthly magazine and have outstanding reviews are the ones you would expect quick response and excellent customer service.

Both areas of repair we done professionally, and look great. I will not hesitate to call them again for my next handyman repair!

We used Yeti construction to remodel our guest bathroom. We would highly recommend Yeti to anyone considering a remodel. The price Yeti gave us to do the remodel was fair. More importantly, the service they provided was great. Monte, the project manager, returned all calls in a timely manner. He, also, made several trips to oversee the project. We picked out many of the items used in the remodel at several different locations. As a courtesy, Yeti picked up all these items, which was very helpful to us, as we do not own a truck. During the project, we made a few changes and these changes were easily accommodated. After completing the project, Yeti hung the mirror, the window treatments, and even the wall décor. All in all, we were pleased not only with the end result but also in dealing with a company that treated us with respect.

Monte Sr. arrived here on time for a quote. He started with telling me it will be a extra charge for removal of tile. The SPECIAL "STATES" DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF BATHROOM. In our book that means the entire bathroom. Plus, not to mention my bathroom is half the size of the "SPECIAL' they have on here. I asked about how does the Special work with the budget for the toilet, vanity, etc. I wanted to know how I pick out my vanity etc within the budget they have posted on Special. 2 times he said it will be in estimate. He seemed not aware of what their 'Special' entailed. The "Special" they have posted on Angie's List for a complete Bathroom for $ 5299.99 for a 100 sq ft and the estimate they sent me for a 40 sq ft bathroom for $8,073.47. Doesn't make any sense to us. We use a lot of businesses from 'Angie's List' and this was the first I had to report on. Will not be using them in the future or recommending.

Fairly well but they mis-communicateded on sealing a ceiling hole before plastering and had to re-do that. just keep an eye on things as they progress.

Monte and Paul at YETI Construction were the absolute best contractors I have ever worked with! Both our master and guest baths were severely outdated and in disrepair, and we knew we could put off the remodel no longer. I contacted YETI due to their outstanding reviews on Angie's List and we were not disappointed! Every interaction with the YETI team was polite and professional. YETI got us an estimate on the bathrooms with 24 hrs of coming to visit and were more than happy to adjust the proposal as my wife and I changed our minds about what we wanted in our new bathrooms. Their estimate was a superb value and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. Once the team began work, their professionalism and cleanliness was unbelievable! They were able to easily translate the design vision we had into action and offer suggestions to improve the look of the bathrooms. Their work was meticulous and impressive and they were a pleasure to have in our home! Right before work was scheduled to begin, I received word that I would have to relocate out of state on very short notice. The fact that we needed a seamless remodel experience in order for us to put the house on the market in time was very stressful. YETI absolutely delivered! Both remodels were completed on time and UNDER the estimate, as they gave credits for items I purchased myself but refused to add any additional charges for the small items that come up during a complete remodel! When we put our house on the market we had 3 offers at or above asking price within 24 hrs of listing, a testament to the amazing job YETI did in creating our new luxury bathrooms! We could not ask for a better experience and we could not recommend YETI Construction more highly!!

YETI provided a quote on a renovation project for a single family home. Of the 3 contractors that I had come out, YETI was the most professional. They just couldn't get close enough to our budget price. Contractor #2 (with very high ratings on Angie's List) spent 45 minutes with me walking and discussing, then only quoted the downstairs carpet, which was a very small part of the overall project. Contractor #3 quoted about 50% less in cost and I hired them, but then had many troubles with them, including theft, poor quality, and a job that took 9 weeks longer than they quoted and delayed our move. A good example of 'you get what you pay for'! I would consider YETI in the future for another job.

Monte and his team are very skilled, professional and easy to work with. I have been very pleased with the quality of the work that has been completed so far and the communication as the project progresses is excellent. I am impressed with how organized and neat the condo is every time I stop by even though work is being done. I feel confident that the work is being done right for a reasonable price. I chose this company based on the reviews I read on Angie's list and after receiving other estimates. I am very happy with my choice and highly recommend Yeti Construction.

It was terrible! They took over a week to get me the estimate, which was so over priced, I was shocked!!

The work was done professionally with attention to detail. The crew kept the rest of the house clean, covering floors and protecting from dust during demolition as well as construction. The crew showed up when they said they would be there and worked throughout the day. One of the bathrooms that needed repair work done required a new plumbing fixture that involved replacement of the valve. The original tilework was carefully removed, the valve and fixture replaced and new replacement tiles installed. The job was well done, with no visible signs the tilework had been removed and replaced. The new shower fixture works well. One of the bathrooms being renovated was found to have a cracked shower drainpipe that was causing leaks in the ceiling two floors below and required quite a bit of attention. Both new showers have no problems with leaks, and the showers are sloped to drain well. The tilework in the renovated bathrooms is beautiful, with the contrasting floor tiles placed in the shampoo and soap niches. Yeti construction crew installed all of the trim work, lights, mirrors, fans, towel bars etc., providing me with two beautifully finished bathrooms.

Yeti Construction completely exceeded our expectations! We recently purchased a weekend home that needed extensive remodeling and updates. Yeti Construction was responsive, professional and easy to work with. They provided their expertise on a complete remodel of a 1500 sq. ft. home. We could not be happier with the finished product. Monte, Paul and Monte Sr. were all a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend them and would not consider using any other contractor in the Hudson area.

Yeti Construction, specifically, the Owner, Monte Enyeart, came to my 'rescue' when another General Contractor I had hired through Home Advisor left town and forgot to order the sheetrock under our Contract. This other Company then tried to blame me for not ordering the sheetrock and this other Company ended up breaching our contractual Agreement so I fired them! Yeti Construction is professional, provides excellent workmanship and completes the work contracted. Hire this Company if you want the work done on time and with professionalism. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you, Monte.

Everything went well except for the replacement of a window with a vent. The vent provided was too large and had to be replaced.

Yeti construction was totally professional in all aspects of the job. They were amazing from day one when they came and gave me an estimate. They listened to my needs and honored all of my requests. They were very punctual and courteous. They laid plastic film down to protect my carpet while they were working in my house. They took down the old walls in my shower and replaced my shower pan. I was impressed with how they cleaned up after themselves. I had all of my shower walls replaced and re-tiled as well as my shower floor. Upon my request, they built two shelves in my shower that had not previously been there, as well as installed a light in my shower. I wish I had taken before and after pictures to show how amazing the job was upon completion. I would highly recommend Yeti Construction. I felt they were honest, hard working, and reasonably priced.

We feel if you want the best construction company in the Tampa Bay area you need to call YETI Construction. We bought a water damaged villa right after the mold remediation had been completed. There were no cabinets, sinks, bathroom fixtures, appliances or window sills, no sheet rock on the walls 4 feet from the floor, no flooring only the concrete slab. We replaced windows, doors the garage door and opener, appliances including the water heater, AC, heat pump and all the ductwork. Lighting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting, cabinets, countertops, landscaping everything needed to be replaced or upgraded. YETI Construction guided us through the entire process. They are honest, dependable, and knowledgeable of all aspects of construction. They immediately responded to every call or text. They listened to our needs and as a result they transformed a shell of a villa into a beautiful home. We consider them family and will miss seeing them around our house. Don and Sue Hunter

Yeti Construction was simply amazing. The work and the new paint job on the outside makes it look like it's a brand new home! The floors look beautiful, and you can't even tell repairs were done. Everything went very smooth and quick. Yeti Construction was very professional and kept us involved in everything from deciding the colors, to picking out the floors, to informing us on everything that had to be done and how it was going to be done. We feel like we are living in a brand new house.

Monte Sr was there quickly and did a very thorough estimate. He was helpful and had great design ideas. You can tell he has a lot of experience. He designed the closet. Monte Jr (the president) helped me with choosing counter top material and was VERY helpful, it was my first time in choosing stone. He knew what he was talking about and helped choose the right product. The whole team worked quickly and quietly. They were open to my questions, answering them all. The painting was excellent, the work was done perfectly. They were tidy, put down rosin paper to avoid tracking dust and cleaned up after each day's work. They finished everything including hanging the pictures. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in a heartbeat!!

Fantastic! I was in a hurry to get this job done, as I was 8 months pregnant when we found mold and mildew in our walls and I wanted to have it taken care of prior to going into labor. I received quotes from 3 separate companies and found this company to be the same price range as my next choice, but liked the people better- they were much friendlier, they understood my time crunch and wanted to help me get it done ASAP, and they also seemed to understand what I was looking for better. I did not want to spend a fortune on the bathroom, especially at this time, but wanted everything done right, at the highest quality possible at the most affordable price. I did not want to sacrifice quality but wanted a price I could handle. Yeti construction understood this and worked with me to achieve the look I wanted without breaking the bank. The construction started on time. The team worked very hard to finish as quickly as possible, but still providing a thorough, high quality job. They gave us an accurate quote, the only additional amount that we had to spend was on things that we added throughout that we had not initially asked for. They kept me up-to-date on when they would be there and what they planned to do, as well as informed when things changed. They were very friendly and did a great job. Now I have a beautiful new bathroom and don't have the stress of construction with a newborn or the concern that I have a newborn with mold or mildew in the house.
