Description of Work: I was going to purchase our dream retirement home but it was a bank owned sink hole repaired home with a 25 year transferable warranty from Universal Soil Solutions. During the inspection period I tried unsuccessfully to have Soil Solutions transfer the warranty to me. Was told that it could only be transferred by the previous owner who had let the home go back to the bank. Location of this person is unknown. I got no where with Soil Solutions & every time I called I was told that company managers were in a meeting. We ended up canceling the purchase. Wasn't comfortable with buying a sink hole repaired home that wasn't backed up by a warranty.

+ -1 moreHe walked around the house looking for cracks and found none except for some very minor ones that are probably settling cracks. He scared us into calling the insurance company immediately and making a claim which was a bad thing to do. After much testing by engineers hired by the insurance company nothing was found. We now have a sinkhole claim against us on the record which may cause the loss of our insurance.

+ -1 moreWe found them to be very respectful and professional. The work was done without any additional problems , in a timely manner. The cleanup went well and after the inspection by the crew boss- it was recleaned to his satisfaction. Very satisfied.

+ -1 moreThey stained my house siding with the chemical that they put in the ground. They did not clean or repair any of that before leaving. They put holes in the flooring of my screened in porch, and they filled them but not all the way. You can still see the holes on my porch. They were supposed to have an engineer checking it out, but I have NO idea if it was good or bad. I don't think they do a very good job.
Description of Work: They were supposed to take care of a sink hole. I'm assuming that they did what they were supposed to do.
