 + -1 moreWE WERE DISAPPOINTED IN THE WORK PERFORMED. IT APPEARED THAT HE DIDN'T WASH THE SCREENS ON THE VINYL STACK WINDOWS. WE HAD TO REWASH THE OUTSIDE OF THE KITCHEN WINDOWS.
Description of Work: WASHED ALL WINDOWS & VINYL STACK WINDOWS ALONG WITH THE PATIO DOORS. THE SCREENS WERE ALSO WASHED IN SOME CASES.

 + -1 moreNEW OWNER BOUGHT BUSINESS AND CLIENT LIST FROM NEAL, PAST OWNER, WHO WAS EXCELLENT PAST 10-12 YEARS. NEW OWNER WAS CARELESS; BROKE 1 VENETIAN BLIND (1 REPLACED). WOULD NEVER REHIRE HIM. POOR SERVICE, MEDIOCRE CLEANING, AND POOR ATTITUDE.
Description of Work: WASHED UPSTAIRS (2ND FLOOR) CONDO WINDOWS-INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, PLUS VINYLS ON PORCH. CLEANED HALF OF THE SCREENS; SKIPPED OTHER HALF.
