Well, what a find. Dave showed up bright and early and on time. As it turned out he has owned the business since 1974 (no he's not ancient, he started working with his Dad) he is a really nice fellow and very knowledgeable. He is very thorough, reviewing my system and adjusting sprinkler heads as he went. I liked Dave, the way he works and believe him to be an honest person and very competent at what he does. I intend to have him come back and make the necessary changes to my system in the next week or so.

David was very efficient and knowledgeable in every area. He was on time and got right to work on checking each section of the sprinkler system with adjustments that needed to be made as he went. He's very professional and knows what he's doing.The whole process was so informative for me also. As we were going from one section to another David was showing me things I could do and what to do for future problems that may arise. He also set my timer for me and was very helpful in showing me how to work the system more effectively than I could have figured out myself reading that manual !! I am grateful I found David and Sprinkler King and highly recommend him if anyone has any lawn watering system issues. He came on time and went right to work troubleshooting and repairing the identified problems with my sprinkler system. He is professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and detail oriented. Good social skills.

I purchased an irrigation special for $45.00. I know that for a fellow to come out it is $75.00 to $100.00. Then charges on top of that. He did reroute a small section of pvc and install a ball valve. He was here less that 1 hour. He did not inspect my system in the back yard. Just turned 1 zone in the front. I thought it a little expensive since he says he charges $75.00 an hour and not here for the whole hour. Yes he used less than 2 ft. of pvc and 1 ball valve and some glue. david fixed the problem and my bill was $115.00 its all good, problem fixed update: Thank You David for the offer of a refund. I would like to use that as a credit next year. You are a professional at your work and that counts above all else. My next issue I will call Sprinkler king.

This service was great. He looked at all the heads and made adjustments where needed and then walked me through use of the timer system He also showed me how the rain sensor worked and helped me test it. Great Job.

With the original $45.00 inspection, we paid $185.00 extra for fixing leaking main pipe which make the whole sprinkler system not working, replaced 3 sprinkler heads (rotate & side), capped 2 sprinkler and put in a few extension to rise the sprinkler up. Even though our appointment was a bit bad due to missed call from each other and lots of voicemail, we did make it. (thanks to Dave who answer his messages through Angie's list very fast) We have appointment between 9:00-10:00 am and Dave was at our door step 9:00 am sharp. After fixing and all the water running we found out that timer is not working and need replace, we decided not to do it for now. David is very polite, punctual, knowledgeable,and efficient. He did not try to sell us any services we did not need at this time and we appreciate that. We will definitely call him again if we need fixing on our system.

He kept in contact with me and even called on Sunday to verify he could come Monday morning. I travel for work weekly and appreciated David's willingness to accommodate my schedule. He completed the repairs and provided advice on what I needed to do to replace a battery that I did not even know the system had. I have his card taped to the sprinkler system control so I can call immediately when I need the service again. Thanks!!

In addition to the original $45.00 I paid, there was an additional $110.00 to replace a solenoid and raise 4 sprinklers. There is a sprinkler head that is not popping up in the backyard and he said he would come back if I wanted that fixed. Not sure how much more that would cost, I didn't ask.

Dave is responsive, professional and does quality work.

David was polite, knowledgeable,and efficient. He did not try to sell me services I did not need at this time and I appreciate that.

I called and left a message on Thursday May 14th. Dave got back to me Sunday May 17th. He told me he was very busy. I told him I had a closing on my house on Friday May 22nd and need to have the system repaired by then. I told him I knew of 2 broken heads for sure but there might be more. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday May 19th between 9-9:30 am. I showed up at about 9:10 and Dave was just getting out of his truck. Dave checked all 4 zones and marked all problem heads. After a brief conversation about what he was going to do he started to dig. By 10:30 I was making out a check and on my way back to work. It was a pleasure to hire someone to do a job who actually showed up on time and did what he needed to do in a timely manor and did an excellent job to boot! I WILL call Dave again if the need arises. ,

Well. A little more expensive than id hoped but he was upfront with the costs and repairs were fine.

EXCELLENT SERVICE BY A PROFESSIONAL WHO KNOWS LAWN SPRINKLERS.

He showed me where they were and he spent an hour here. He made sure that I knew how to work the system. He unset the whole thing and then made me reset the whole thing, so that I would know. The man was a great teacher. He replaced any bad sprinkler heads and made sure they went correctly. He was good and punctual. He explained the pump made sure that I could handle it myself, which is exactly what I wanted. I didn't want him to just come out and do it. He came within two hours of me calling him. That was fast.

Great company to do business with. Will use in the future.

We were very pleased with the service he provided. He was able to find and rebuild the broken valve and get my system running top notch again. We will definitely be using him in the future and will recommend him to all our neighbors. He gave us an invoice detailing everything that was done. David was on time and professional. We really appreciated his flexibility as we did not know what state our system was in since it was not able to be tested in our home inspection. David was able to prime the pump so that we could determine what steps needed to be taken to get the system up and running. Before he left, we developed a game plan and timeline for next steps. He is very fair in his pricing and will tell you if you can save money by purchasing your own equipment. We already have a follow up appointment scheduled and we would recommend him highly.
