Description of Work: I could not get a appointment scheduled. It was not all there fault. I was out of town and they went on vacation (I guess the whole group) and could not get them on the phone. So can't rate them on the service. They are to hard to get a hold of.

I am very sorry that you are dissatisfied about scheduling an appointment for a service call. It was difficult with both our schedules. You purchased a service call through Angie's List on February 21 mentioning you had a very tight schedule and would like me to come the next day. On the next day I contacted you by email letting you know I would be in Miami because my daughter was having a baby. On March 2, I sent you an email that I could come March 4 which was one of the dates you originally had given. I hadn't heard from you so I resent the message on both March 4 and March 6.You contacted me and we agreed upon March 23 but on March 21 you cancelled the service call and got a refund from Angie's List. I apologized that our scheduling did not work out but would be glad to help you in the future. I think it is unfair that you gave me a 'D' rating because of this, as I tried multi times to reschedule.

Description of Work: They provided adjustment of sprinklers under Angie's list purchased package. However, they did not have experience or equipment to professionally find a broken wire and repair the sprinkler system. They offered to randomly dig up the yard to find the broken wire, but I purchased a wire detector (for about $40) and found and repaired the wire myself. Only had to dig one specific hole instead of much of the front yard, and minimized sod damage by a great amount.

Customer service is my number one priority at Sprinkler King. I am sorry you were dissatisfied, however you did purchase an Angie's List Irrigation Inspection which entails to check, adjust and inspect your system for $45.00. I did fulfill what I said I would do. I did tell you I could locate the wiring problem, as i have done this many times before. I do have an electronic device to do this work but I would also have to dig some holes in your yard. I did tell you I could come back another day and locate the wiring problem at a cost of $75.00 per hour for labor plus materials. I did check your complete Irrigation system and provide you with an estimate of what needed to be done. I am at a loss at what else I could have done to satisfy you. David

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Being in business here since 1974, I've always focused on professionalism, quality work and customer satisfaction. I am sorry you were dissatisfied with the cost when I came to service your irrigation system on September 2, 2015. The Angie's List Inspection Special includes to check, adjust and inspect your system and set your controller. At that point I gave you an estimated cost ($225) for the needed repairs. You told me to go ahead with the work. I replaced an electric valve, PVC fittings, PVC pipe and water tight wire connectors to Zone #5. I repaired the main pipe on left side of the house which goes to zone #1 in the front. I also replaced 1 rotor sprinkler in the rear and raised 1 spray sprinkler. I was at your home for over 2 hours. Because I hadn't heard from you I assumed everything was working fine. My warranty is 1 year on defective materials and 90 days on defective labor. Please let me know if you have a problem with anything I did and I will take care of it. Best Regards, David

Description of Work: David of Sprinkler King is a true professional. He evaluated my entire sprinkler system, found a leak and did the necessary repairs. He gave me some helpful, preventative tips. It's wonderful to have a sprinkler repair person who does a great job. I will definitely call David for future evaluations and issues.
