Simply Grout

The job went very well: Simply Grout cleaned the tile and the grout, then color sealed the grout on 1400 sq ft of tile. This is the second job Simply Grout has done for me; what I learned from the first job was--call Simply Grout! Don't wait to do floors last, do floors first! Simply Grout's Ryan and Donnie are prompt, professional, honest, and very hard-working: they completed three days' work in two days without cutting one corner. In two separate houses, my floors went from frightening to awesome. My 1979 floors look brand new thanks to Simply Grout. Not only would I hire them again, I did.

Arrived on time, friendly, professional, reasonably price, communicated by phone with arrival time and what they were doing. When the jobs were complete they cleaned up after themselves the rooms they were in were spotless!

The shower came out like new. They even cleaned the glass and frames of the stall. They were meticulous about their work and even replaced and caulked areas around the bathtub and floor. These were not in their quote but anything they saw needing repair they fixed. In the kitchen they replaced 12 tiles and matched the grout perfectly so you would not know there was any replaced tiles. It looks so much larger and like a new floor. I could not be more pleased with their work and professionalism with respect to my home. You will be happy you choose Ryan and Donnie for your project. I was. I would hire them again a heart beat.

Ryan did a very nice job- he came right at 5 for an estimate- initially he was going to leave but he understood that we had company and a wedding this weekend so he stayed and finished the job even though it took more than three hours ! Chris Gregson is the most professional and hardest working person that has ever worked on any part of my home! His wife Ashlea even call me to let me know Chris would be15 minutes late due to weather to start the job. What I like best, he used hand tools to remove the old grout to avoid dust going all over the house. He worked nonstop for five and a half hours. He cleaned up and had my wife and I come look over the finish product. Wow we had the looks of a brand new shower. He did such a great job, I scheduled another job for Chris to clean tile and grout, then color the grout, for the entry floor, kitchen floor and master shower. We picked the colors with his help. This was another five hour job with excellent results. He was kind enough to even give me a discount for this job for $220.00. I would gladly recommend SIMPLY GROUT to anyone who needs grout work done!!
