The salesman was professional & friendly, offering information not offered by other companies. Seemingly minor but it was important to me, the sample products he brought were clean and undamaged, unlike the other companies. He was truthful about the long lead-time. Our installer was kind, efficient, wore a mask and treated us and our home with respect. He spent a lot of time at each window, checking and rechecking the position until he was satisfied. The shutters exceed our expectations, providing darkness at night, light during the day, privacy when desired and a sleek finished appearance...all for less money than other companies.
