This is a business that still cares about the Customer. We had hurricane shutters installed. They arrived exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job. The installers were also great. We have another contract with them for an additional project. That should answer the question if we would hire them again,

I have hired Shutter Pros twice for whole house shutter installation. The first house was great so when we moved we hired them again. The second time some of the shutters had some closing issues but after a couple of repair attempts they replaced all the problem shutters. They stood by their product and made it right, Would recommend them.

I was impressed with the quality, the price and the professionalism so I hired them to install shutter doors for the laundry room. The installer was so patient with the installation as the floor was not exactly leveled. He came back to ensure that the door was functioning properly. Shutter Professionals recently installed interior shutters on three windows of different sizes and, since my house is 100+ years old, on frames that weren't completely uniform. Nevertheless, the job was done very skillfully and the differences are unnoticeable. The room was transformed; nothing I could have had done would have produced such dramatic effects.
