+ -1 moreWe woke up the next morning and the kitchen was flooded. We called a plumber and he said the part was installed backward on the kitchen faucet. This resulted in the bottom cabinets and the back wall being warped. I'm pleased with the rest of the work but it was a little messy. He did the work on my carpet and I had to have it professional cleaned when he was finished. He also left all the debris from his work and we had to clean it up.
Description of Work: Replaced all bottom kitchen cabinets. New sink and faucets. Installed new dishwasher and re tiled the floor/back wall and counter top.

+ 3 moreMr. Zinkand was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He always kept in touch before the job. He was on time to do the work and cleaned up after himself. He was able to solve any problems as he has 40 years experience. He does great work and gives free estimates. He also has a cell number 727-967-1380. I will definitely call him back to do other work around my home.
Description of Work: Robert and his son gutted out my bathroom, replaced the tub and tub valve, new dry wall, ceramic tile, new vanity, toilet, light, and various fixtures. I provided the materials of my choice with some input from Robert on what I needed. He also replaced an exterior door (steel door) and 3 interior doors.
