After my previous lawn care company seemingly disappeared, I contacted Patriot Property Services to get an estimate for service. Tricia was very nice on the phone and they were able to come out and look at my yard right away. We agreed to $70 per month for lawn service. The first service was good. I've had better cuts in the past, but all I cared was that they showed up on time, which they did. It started going downhill after that. They were supposed to cut the yard every Friday, but one Friday when I came home from work, I found it had not been cut. I emailed them and asked if they'd be by soon. I was told that because there were 5 Fridays in that month, they were skipping that Friday. Um, what? That was never discussed when they gave me the estimate. I said that was fine, though. I assumed they would be back the next Friday. I came home from work and my yard was still not cut. I called and left a message. I emailed them. I never heard from them again. However, they are still advertising for new business. I would never use this company again nor refer them to anyone.
