Description of Work: I wanted a screened lanai with a metal roof. Jon came out to give me an estimate i explained what I wanted. He went over the estimate with me he wrote down screen roof I corrected he he said he would fix it but he never did. I assumed he did that was my mistake. When I tried to resolve the issue, he didn't want to listen. He didn't want to admit he might have made a mistake. I tried to show him my estimates, I only had 2 his and one other company's. One had the metal roof and his with a screen roof. I asked his why would I get different estimates. Jon said he didn't know why you did that. My advice it make sure everything is exactly as you want it. They don't make mistakes at that company only the customers do. They are not accredited by BBB.

Description of Work: Our dog kept going through the screen in our old lanai and one half of it had a very thin metal roof (most annoying in the rain and impossible to stand on when painting the house) so we asked the gentleman at Pasco Aluminum what he could do for us and he invited us to the showroom to see one of the lanais they had created. We loved it so we went with 30 inch high kick plates (finished on the inside also for stability and easy cleaning) pet screen in the bottom half of the screen door (very strong but lets a breeze in) and a roof that had about six inches of insulation built in - can hold 300 lbs. They tore out the old materials in half a day and came back the next day to complete the job. We are very happy with it, the dog makes no attempt to go through the higher screening and it is so much easier to keep clean - we are thinking of having them install the acrylic windows after we have saved up a little.

+ -1 moreScreen enclosure is beautiful and exactly what we wanted! Pasco Aluminum is a long-term family business that does a great job. All appointments were easy to schedule, they were easy to communicate with, and the work was completed on schedule. We dealt with Ken, the owner, for the planning and permitting. The screens were fabricated at their shop, so the installation was less than one day. Ken's very experienced two sons and a 20+ year employee installed the screen and worked like clockwork together. Ken had referred the paver installer who was also great to work with and very reasonably priced. We had an unrelated yard issue that caused us to delay the project and they both worked with us throughout with no complaints or problems.
Description of Work: Pasco Aluminum & Screening installed an 8x27 patio screen enclosure for our extended lanai, with cathedral ceilings and two doors. Their work included permitting, fabrication and installation.
