PARAMOUNT PLUMBING BY DESIGN INC

One of the bathrooms was flooded and when I closed the door it locked on me. When the plumber came in he was very impatient he opened the door somehow, he had dirty feet and did not clean up after himself. He fixed the plumbing and I didn't like his attitude. When I asked him how he opened the door he ignored me, but in the end he told me he used a screwdriver and he showed me how to do it.

As always, completely pleased. Mad at myself as I forgot to ask for the $20.00 coupon discount, but that was my fault.

Fixed dripping in shower by replacing part, also re-grouted toilet to floor. They did a great job and explained problem. We will use them again.

I have used Dan since before he started his own company. I've always felt as if I got treated with respect and a good deal (as plumbing prices go). I have never been dissatisfied with his or his crew's work. This has been the case for at least the past 7 -9 years or so.

He was on time, very knowledgeable, polite, and he explained as he went. He did a great job.

They worked the whole time they were here (2 hrs). They had everything they needed. I've had them out four times and would have them out again. The price is reasonable. Great job.

Paramount ''DID NOT '' install the shower per instruction nor did they correct the non level conditions which leaves the shower doors miss aligned. Did not respond to Gen Contractors request for correction. Also they cut a hole in the shower wall not specified by installation instructions which left the shower head approximately at a height of about five (5) feet[mfg spec = 81 in,] which would require me (5'8'')to duck to get under the shower. The installer [Tom] was in a hurry to complete work by 2PM and would not check the instructions even when I showed them to him, To correct the lousy workmanship will require the removal of the unit and level the floor which the manufacturer cautions must be level or the doors and surround wall will not fit correctly. CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND PARAMOUNT PLUMBING BY DESIGN for any type of plumbing work, Also the plumbing replacement from copper to CPVC finish work finish left holes not plugged and the hole drilled thru the room was repair

VERY REASONABLE, BUT I DO NOT REMEMBER THE PRICE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

Good, prompt service. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Would recommend to others. I researched the A O Smith brand of the water heater on the Internet & it appears to be good quality. This is the only thing I am not completely sure of, but am willing to trust them on it.

AFTER SEVERAL CALLS THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T MAKE IT. THEY NEED TO BE HONEST WHEN YOU CALL AND BE UP FRONT AND TELL YOU THEY DON'T DO WORK IN PINELLAS COUNTY AND THAT THERE WOULD BE AN EXTRA CHARGE. HE DID NOT CHARGE ANYTHING EXTRA IN THE END AND HE DID RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

THESE FOLKS ARE WONDERFUL! THEY ALWAYS COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, THEY ARE VERY QUICK, CLEAN (THE TECH PUT BOOTIES ON OVER HIS SHOES!), PROFESSIONAL, AND I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THE WORK AS IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY.

TOM WAS THE INSTALLER ON THIS JOB. HE IS A VERY PLEASANT, NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL WORKER. NO MUSS NO FUSS AND NO MORE LEAKS!

THEY WERE LATE AND APOLOGIZED AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. TOM & JOSH WERE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND THEIR WORK WAS CLEAN, NEAT AND, WHEN A SAW BLADE BROKE, WERE ABLE TO IMPROVISE AND COMPLETE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED HOW TO MAINTAIN SOFTENER. WE LOVE OUR NEW SOFTENED WATER AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE PARAMOUNT PLUMBING AGAIN. THE PRICE WAS ABOUT PAR FOR WATER SOFTENER.

VERY COURTEOUS, PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. I EVEN HAD TOM BACK TO REDO THE GROUT AROUND THE KITCHEN SINK. RESPONSE WAS IMMEDIATE.

DOUG THE PLUMBER WAS EARLY, VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

PLUMBER VISITED HOME AND GAVE GOOD ESTIMATE. INSTALLING PLUMBER SHOWED UP ON TIME, KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND DID IT WELL. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PLUMBING COMPANY AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I FELT THE QUOTED PRICE WAS VERY FAIR.

TOM, WHO DID PLUMBING WAS VERY GOOD AND GAVE ME INFO, ABOUT PLUMBING.

HE WORKED FOR 2 SOLID HOURS AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. I have had them out three times and they are excellent! The prices are reasonable.

THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND WHO KNOWS THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. I DIDN'T REALIZE IT WAS SUCH A BIG COMPANY. JUAN CAME DOWN FROM SPRING HILL TO PALM HARBOR FOR MY JOB. WHEN I REMODEL MY KITCHEN AND BATH I HOPE THIS COMPANY WILL WORK WITH THE REMODELER TO INSTALL THE NEW PLUMBING CORRECTLY. JUAN SPOKE HIGHLY OF PARAMOUNT AND DAN KELLY THE OWNER.

*CONTINUED* IN BETWEEN 2 AND 4. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY, I CALLED AND THEY SAID THAT WE WERE NEVER ON THE BOOKS. THEY THEN ASKED IF WE WANTED SOMEONE TO COME OUT THAT DAY, OF COURSE WE DID. THEY SENT THE ORIGINAL PLUMBER BACK OUT AND HE PUT ON A SWEAT FITTING FOR $80. HE THEN SAID THAT HE HAD UNDER CHARGED ME FOR THE LEAK DETECTION BY $50. WE HAD OUR ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT TO GIVE TO HIM THE DAY BEFORE AND HE SAID HE WOULD GET IT THE NEXT DAY AND THEN FORGOT ABOUT IT. HE THEN SAID HE WAS GOING TO HAVE THE EAT THE $50 LOSS, THERE IS AN UNDERLYING FEELING THAT THEY WERE SIZING ME UP TO DETERMINE THEIR PRICE.

PROMPT, PLEASANT, NEAT AND ON TASK. THE PLUMBER WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR WORKING OUT SOME PROBLEMS THAT CAME UP(DUE TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR)DURING THE INSTALL. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE PEOPLE AT THIS COMPANY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER OR MORE PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND THE PRICE VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT RESERVATION.
