Tony briefed me on his plan before he started, and showed me his progress during the job and asked for feedback. I have some other handyman-type jobs I need help with and I will contact him for the job. I did not comment on the price; Verizon paid the bill. I recommend Morgan Quality Craftsman LLC highly.

+ -1 moreAll of our experiences have been great and everything runs very smooth. Not always the case with general contractors. We are always pleased with the end results. Tony works very fast and hard, is punctual and always seems to get the job(s) done in a faster time than anticipated. Our larger projects always end on time and have come in at or close to the cost(s) we were quoted. Tony is very neat and leaves the areas in which he has worked nice and clean. Lysa in Tony's office is a pleasure to deal with and it is always a simple process scheduling Tony to work in our home. Our overall experiences have been great and we feel lucky to have found Tony, Lysa and Morgan Quality Craftsman to make our new house a real home. ***Please note that in listing the amount spent as $320, this is Morgan Quality Craftsman's daily rate. The hourly rate is $40.
Description of Work: Tony of Morgan Quality Craftsman has completed numerous home renovations and projects for us throughout 2011. We are continuing to use Tony as we are always so pleased with his skills, professional manner, cleanliness and overall finished work product. Tony has painted our home (approx 3,200 sf painted), removed carpet and installed hardwood floors, installed chair rail, wainscoting/bead board in bedroom and dining room, extended an existing fence, repaired loose exterior railing, installed numerous light fixtures, including heavy chandeliers, installed ceiling fans and has done countless repairs and enhancements in our new home. Please note that in listing the amount spent as $320, this is Morgan Quality Craftsman's daily rate. The hourly rate is $40.
