Description of Work: My home is older (87) and had developed a leak from the old ducting, they ripped out all of the old material and moved a new system to the accessible garage. Millian -Aire even change out my attic door for easy access.

Description of Work: I used the heating & A/C Millian-Aire Enterprise Corp. The guy came out and looked at it and he called it in and it a week for them to take the part.

Description of Work: Replacement of AC equipment. Both the Air handler and Condenser were replaced.

Description of Work: I was undergoing a renovation that required moving walls. My house is from 1974 and has air returns in the walls. I had them move the returns into the ceiling.

Description of Work: I had them come out because my air conditioner was making a loud noise. They assessed the unit and told me what needed to be done and provided me with a quote.

Description of Work: When I first moved into my house I used Millian-Aire because my parents and Aunt used their services. I used them for about five years for semi annual preventative maintenance.

Description of Work: Semi Annual inspection $28 monthly. They suggested cleaning several components of the 2 units and I have one month to get the 10% discount for this service because I am a contract customer. The cost for cleaning the coils and some other type of cleaning and sludge clean up is about $389. It is optional but suggested. Since I have never cleaned the units (I have had the A/C serviced twice for complications) and have owned the house for 7 years, I will perform this service with them. They are very nice and very professional. I do not know how they compare to other companies price wise.

Description of Work: I purchased a Trane XL20i from Millian-Aire in 12/2010. I no problems the first few months and noticed a significant drop in my A/C-heating bills, which made the purchase start to pay off immediately. I had a routine maintenance performed on 04/17/2012 at a cost of $69.99. On May 15th, less than a month later I experienced a cooling/thermostat problem, which a service person was dispatched the same day. Next day, May 16th, same problem and a different tech arrived to diagnose the situation. The service tech's name was "ALAN" and he went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to assure me that he would resolve the problem once and for all, and he did. He was SO professional, knowledgable and sincere. Alan worked long and hard to make sure everything was in the proper working order and that I was completely satisfied. There was no charge for either service call. Unfortunately I encountered a similar problem 10-09-2012 and within hours Millian-Aire dispatched "ALAN" to resolve my incident. Again, Alan took a "personal-like" attitude to resolve the problem and would not quit or wrap it up without HIS, as well as my satisfaction that all was well. I am 100% satisfied with Millian_Aire, their staff and especially the technician, Alan, that I signed up for their "Millian-Aire Club" that will provide me with scheduled semi-annual maintenance and several additional worth while benefits. I can without hesitation recommend this company 100%! They go out of their way to make the customer 100% satisfied, and that is what it is all about anyway. The product speaks for itself, but the company makes or breaks the relationship with the customer "after" the sale. Millian-Aire is without doubt, customer oriented and at your service! I highly recommend Millian-Aire!

Description of Work: Millian-Aire Enterprise came out and did my six month tune up on my air conditioner about a week ago.

Description of Work: We moved into this house last year. There was paperwork left on the replacement HVAC system that was installed in 2000 so we know who did the work. This was done after a room was added. The room would not cool as the ducting was done wrong. There were not enough ducts put into the added room and they were not large enough. The returns were also not large enough. The original unit was a 2.5 ton and the replacement unit was a 4 ton. The company used the return plenum and pressure plenum from the old system rather than putting in a larger one needed for the larger unit. They also used the existing No. 10 wiring and put in a 50 amp breaker which is illegal (against electrical code). We have had to put in a 30 amp breaker which is not large enough to run a 4 ton air conditioner until we can have the wiring replaced.
