Millian Aire AC & Heating

We're very happy with their services. They've always been on time. We haven't had any issues. They've always followed up on that. Their price is medium high. They've shown us things to do. We didn't have to call them. They're very professional. They're neat and clean.

They were fine. It took them two times to repair what was wrong. The first time they fixed it, it broke again the very next day. They came out to fix it.

It is an air conditioning. We elected to go with them and have established a service contract with them. Heating and air conditioning is their principal business.

They have more than one person working for him. There were a couple of people that weren't that good. He said he fired them. The other people that he sent out were alright. Their responsiveness was really good. I would look someone else for work.

100% EXCELLENT?. I normally do not post reviews, but this company deserves it. They are the Best of the Best?I fired the previous AC company, and asked Millian-Aire A/C for their help to clean up the previous company?s mess. Millian-Aire A/C came out to my home in 3 hours with the new AC part and I was up and running fast at a lower price, and better service team. PERFECT!

Provider was prompt and friendly . He couldn't diagnose the issue - sending his boss tomorrow.

AC went out Friday night. Called Sat AM, Serviceman was there by 10 as promised. He found and fixed the problem promptly. He was very courteous and didn't even seem to mind my nosey dogs. Will definitely use them for all my AC needs in the future.

It is understandable that Millian-aire Corp might want to consolidate their servicing area. They are in New Port Richey and I am in Lithia. They should have considered that before installing hundreds, if not thousands of HVAC systems in the Fishhawk area and then selling extended warranties on as many of the systems as they could. But they should have made a reasonable attempt to ensure their customers in this area were not stranded. I would have appreciated prior arrangements to transfer the warranty instead of just refusing to honor the contract when I needed service the most.

Problem was found and immediately repaired, a simple solution. Chris answered all my questions and concerns about new AC system. I always read product manuals and have questions especially after a problem presents itself. Also, serviced for first maintenance system checkup which is free.

Chris looked around and said he checked the unit ( which is only 7 years old and was installed by Millian-Aire when my house was built in 2007 ), only to find out according to him that I had four leaks, no freon and needed a NEW unit which would cost me around $6,000 to $10,000 because it was going to be too costly to repair my current unit. He had me in tears as I could not afford a new unit being a widow, single mom , and trying to sell my home. He went on about how I should be worried and not wait too long to replace my unit because it would put too much pressure on my other unit and I would wind up replacing both of my units instead of one. I had to tell him to please stop talking and go away because I was so stressed. In his report he stated that the freon pressure was at 10p/100hp, found multiple leaks (one in the evaporator coil behind the steel plate at top of the coil and two other leaks at the suction side and liquid side of the compressor. He quoted $2,800 to $3,500 to replace the evap coil, txv and compressor and about 10-11 #lbs of R-22 freon (my unit only holds 9 #1lbs of freon ). The next day I was set up to see their "comfort specialist", Mr. Dan Cathey to price out new units. He gave me a quote of $ 6,853.00. I listened to my gut feeling and decided to call KEN BARRETT AIR CONDITIONING, INC. (through Angie's list) because I read some of his customer reviews where the same thing was happening to these people, that was happening to me , where all they needed was a part fixed and was being pressured to buy a new unit from other air conditioning companies. Mr. Barrett sent me TWO GUARDIAN ANGELS to my rescue by the names of DAVE AND GARY and they diagnosed my problem. They said I had two small leaks in the service valves which is located on the side of the compressor and they changed out the pins in these valves and changed the caps for new ones. They showed me and educated me that my freon pressure was at 45% (not empty), showed me the leaks as well , and showed me that my unit only held 9 #lbs of freon. They continued to diagnose my handler and found that I needed to replace the EXPANSION VALVE AND FLOAT SWITCH for a new one. They came back the next day and changed these two parts and I was back in business with my house all nice and cool. They also showed me the old and new parts that were changed so I can see what was replaced. I WAS ELATED and could not thank them enough. These men were honest, sincere and men of integrity. My total cost for this repair was $580.00. Big difference from the $6,853. price I was given by Mr. Dan Cathey. If this is the way Millian-Aire does business, then I do not want any part of them and they have lost a customer because I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN TO SERVICE MY AIR CONDITIONER! KEN BARRETT AIR CONDITIONING WON MY BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND HONEST WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!

They are very good and I have to maintain them. and I would recommend them highly. I trust them and they are very patient people, They are also caring people.

Called and had Vince come out the next day to give us estimates on replacing our AC unit. He came out and examined our current unit, the house size and listened to our concerns. We were looking to replace a 20 year old unit with a new unit with a much higher SEER rating. Since our house is a two story unit, we also wanted to investigate using a "dual zone". He verified it was possible. He gave us the estimates and recommended two brands, Trane and Diakon and bringing both units up to a 4-ton (our current air handler is a 3.5 Ton with a 4 ton compressor). Trane ranked up there, but Diakon was a new one and had not gotten onto my radar. After careful research, we decided against Diakon. In the end, we interviewed several installers from Angie's list. We decided to use a different installed with a different product.

They did a good job and responded promptly. The price was satisfactory. They even sent us a note after we used them, thanking us for choosing them. We decided to go with them because of the man's honesty and the way he reacted to our emergency call.

They were wonderful. There was a 3 day delay from when we called them until they were able to come out.

It was fine - everything turned out good.

They advertised 24/7 service. The tech that came out was knowledgeable.They said my compressor needed replacing and they'd need the parts. By Tuesday, they still didn't have the part. I called them and they said that they were still waiting for the part. They quoted me $2000 to fix my A/C and their sales person called me; he said that because I was spending $2000, why not put in a whole new A/C? I called another company, who came out and replaced the compressor for not even half that much. I feel like this company just likes to sell new A/C's.

We had this company do several things for us such as change our filter, clean our coils and replace our bulbs. We also used this company for our other home when we sold it. The buyer inspector stated that our A/C was not in working order and needed to be replaced (completely false) and provided inaccurate readings. We had Millian-Aire come in to perform a separate inspection/full-report and was able to save money from having to replace the unit (which was working just fine).

Chris was punctual and very professional. Diaganosed the air conditioning problem, quickly corrected the issues and thoroughly checked out the system. I did add the annual service contract so I can the units checked out twice a year. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been very happy. They were great about dealing with the warranty. They were wonderful and professional.

They did a good job of putting it in. They gave us a good price on it. The installers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The sales rep was very thorough and explained a lot of things and gave us good advice. However, I called them and spoke with someone in the office and requested they correct the names on the contract and send it back but I have not heard back nor received the new contract. We were supposed to get a call from the sales person when the inspector was supposed to come. We never got that and set up the time with the inspector ourselves.

It was good. He repaired it so it didn’t have to be replaced, so you felt as if he felt the position I was in so I didn’t have to replace the unit at that time.

It was just great. I really appreciate their work. They were really polite and worked constantly. They got it done in one day.

When I called I was given a windowed appointment between 2 & 5pm. Cameron called to say he was on his way & arrived at 2:40pm. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes?.capacitor problem. I also asked him to check the Freon level which he said was okay. He also said everything else he could see was alright. While he was here, I asked him if he could install a new thermostat for us as well. While he didn?t ?push it? he suggested I might be interested in a yearly membership in their ?Millian-aires Club?. After looking at all it provides, I decided that in view of the age of the A/C UNIT, it might be a worthwhile investment. I knew that the upfront service call was $69.99 & said I didn?t want to spend a lot of money if I didn?t need to. He said well, in view of your purchasing the capacitor and the thermostat together, I won?t charge you for the capacitor. When all was said & done, my total bill was $250 which included the service charge. I am aware that when you buy parts from any service company it costs you more than if you bought it yourself & installed it but my abilities are beyond that at this age, so I was happy with how it all turned out. I must say Cameron was knowledgeable & personable. We were very pleasantly impressed with ?Millian-Aire?.

Excellent. Completed the job in one day. Workers were very polite, friendly, and professional.

They showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem and cleaned up after they were done. Very happy with the work they provided. Would I recommend them, yes I would!
