Technician Cameron arrived about an hour later and immediately determined that the problem was a clogged drain line, which surprised me since the prior contractor had serviced the system about two weeks earlier. Cleaning the drain line seemed to me to be basic to any routine service call. In any case Cameron cleared the line and the system has been functioning properly ever since. He cleaned his vacuum before using it and after to show me how much ( a lot) algae he removed. I choose to enroll in Millian-Aire's annual plan so the charge for the June visit actually covered two visits, including this emergency servicing.

We already had a thermostat, my husband just hooked it up wrong. It was all positive.

The unit has worked beautifully. Before my warranty expired they replaced any part that could potentially fail. The slightest bit of rust or wear and tear was replaced. I feel like I have a new unit again and am now on their maintenance program.

They were extremely responsive and fixed the problem quickly. They also checked out the rest of the system and added a little coolant as well. Cameron was extremely professional and explained what he was doing to fix the system. The technical offered a service contract that will include two routine service visits for just a little more than what would have been charged for the service call.

They arrived on time and performed what appeared to be a very extensive check up on the system in the house we recently purchased. Upon completion we received a detailed checklist of everything checked and the condition or service performed for each area.

Their professionalism. The politeness of the people who come out. Their capabilities. All of it is great.

I contacted Millian-Aire on a Saturday and a couple of hours later they had a service technician at my home troubleshooting my AC system. The technician's name is Cameron and was a complete professional. He expertly troubleshot my system and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to repair my air conditioner. The cost was very reasonable for the work being done, especially given the fact that this was an emergency call on a Saturday. So, I opted to have the work done and within 45 minutes my air conditioner is once again blowing cold air.

Poor overall performance would not hire again

I am signed up with a maintenance program with them. It cost nothing, because I am signed up with their program. They are wonderful. They are very good on responsiveness. Just one person came. It took 30 minutes, maybe. Left area clean. They are pretty good.

On Monday at noon, I sent the company an email requesting a call at their convenience to schedule an estimate to replace an existing A/C-Heat Pump unit. I received a call almost immediately, and "Comfort Specialist" Patrick Flanagan arrived at my home by 1:30 PM. Pat was very professional, did an assessment of what was needed and provided several options based on efficiency ratings. Pat did NOT try to "oversell," he just provided factual information - to include providing an analysis of how long it would take to "recover" the added expense of more efficient units. I was very pleased with his interactions and style. Within 48 hours, my new unit was completely installed. Kyle and Jay arrived a few minutes early, and did an outstanding job removing the old unit and installing the new unit They were both very professional and respectful of my home, making sure to protect everything from dirt or damage. After the installation, Pat returned to verify the quality of the job, provide me with information on rebates and energy credits, as well as check the programming on my thermostat. Quality, professional job at a very competitive price. Couldn't be happier. Will certainly call them when it's time to replace the second unit.

They do everything for me they are actually very very good. They do the maintenance and they actually installed a unit.

After the man came out and charged me over 200 dollars it clogged a week later

Great, very professional young man. Had to come back week later to fix a leak from unit in the garage. NO CHARGE to fix the pipe . Great group to work with.

a bit of a complainer as the main unit was in the attic and it was very hot. Said the thermostat was the issue.. charged me 235.00 for a thermostat I could get at Home Depot for 40.00. Major ripoff.. should have just dismissed him and replaced myself.

I took the day off work they called 30 min before the appointment and cancelled. I am sure they could have given more notice. So I lost a day of pay sitting there waiting. The appointment was at 1:30 they cancelled at 1:00 I had prepaid the service and still today its has not been completed

Harley and Jay showed up early and went to work and they didn't quit till they were done. They did a awesome job installing my new a/c system and cleaned all the mess up just the way it was found. They went over all manuals and how to use the new thermostat. Being a sheet metal worker for 37 years and seeing there work connecting the supply return plenums really showed me there quality of there work. What a asset these young guys perform today for there company and themselves. JUST WISHED I REMEMBER ANGIES LIST FOR $200 COUPON ON A NEW SYSTEM INSTALL

From sales to service and install it went great. Was a little bit more than another offer but we could not go wrong with the Trane system. The sales person did not try to over sell me something I did not need! He understood what we needed and quoted the best option for us to have the best energy efficiency. The install guys were extremely pleasant, competent and showed us how to work the system and even helped me set up my remote access to the thermostat. They cleaned up afterwards and it was like they were never there. Very happy with our Trane!
