Description of Work: The date of service was earlier than what it would allow me to do. Replaced my old air conditioner and handler. They didn't install the drip pan correctly and leaked down threw my walls and came up thru the carpet. The walls were soft due to so much water had collected in it. Walls and floors were completely ruined. Millian Aire came out and said it was their fault do to improper installation. Unfortunately they didn't help or pay one penny for repairs. We only asked them for our deductible and they wouldn't even take care of that. They treated us rudely from the moment they got our check. I would highly NEVER recommend them for anything but destruction of a home.

Description of Work: They installed Lennox aairconditioner/heat pump when had house built in 2007. When I needed service they were very professional and reliable. Unfortunely the home warranty I have does not have them, or I would use them all the time. Reliable people and quality work. Last date used was around 2009 due to contract with home warranty co.

This is a rental property we have in Florida, so we dealt with the company at a distance through the property management company. We found the company's personnel to be responsive, dependable, and efficient. We were very satisfied with the service.

I called Millian-aire because they had installed the unit. The technician was knowledgeable and honest. He repaired the burned out condenser and actually, in addition, performed the types of service I would expect with a routine maintenance check.

Description of Work: Service was in March 2007 when we bought our house. Their service man claimed I need all kinds of cleaning on the system coils and although we had a service contract with them - of course the needed work was not covered by the service agreement. Found out later that I could have bought a $5.99 can of coil cleaner at Lowe's and done the cleaning myself. I learned later from a friend from the military that he had worked for them at one time. Their service men are required to "sell" services that are not covered in the service agreement to make money - the service I had done should have only cost approx. $150.00 not $950.00. Needless to say they never crossed my doorstep again.

Description of Work: HVAC inspection of heating and cooling system. Cleared and flushed drain line. Checked refrigerant and electrical circuits, found a defective condenser and replaced it. Cycled through heating and cooling modes and confirmed normal operation. Tech advised us to install a UV system to discourage mold growth in air handler, and adjusted a ceiling vent for us. Work was well done, efficient and business like.

Description of Work: I contacted several air-condition companies for bids. Millian-Aire provided me with a bid price better than the competition and for a better quality product. They were honest, dependable, and responsive to my questions. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Installed my system in the new home so I used them. Main thermostat and system computer never worked well. Had to replace one unit just as the 5 yr warrranty expired. Then after using the for 8 years they just dropped service with out any notification
