Millian Aire AC & Heating Services is a family-owned and operated business that has been providing HVAC services to the Pasco County and the Greater Tampa Bay area since 1993. We are located in Hudson Florida and service a wide area. We offer a wide range of services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and other HVAC equipment. For those who have old ducts we offer a state of the art service called Aeroseal. Aeroseal is a system that will seal most leaky ducts. Description of Work: Installed my system in the new home so I used them. Main thermostat and system computer never worked well. Had to replace one unit just as the 5 yr warrranty expired. Then after using the for 8 years they just dropped service with out any notification

Description of Work: Diagnostic, ordered part,fixed leak, and added Freon. This is a rental property we have in Florida, so we dealt with the company at a distance through the property management company. We found the company's personnel to be responsive, dependable, and efficient. We were very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: I returned from a trip to find that my air conditioning was not working. My system is old and I was afraid I would need to replace the unit. I called Millian-aire because they had installed the unit. The technician was knowledgeable and honest. He repaired the burned out condenser and actually, in addition, performed the types of service I would expect with a routine maintenance check.

Excellent. We were originally told by another AC company that the AC unit had a bad reverse valve. After waiting 1 week for the repairs, we called Millian-Aire and asked them to come out and assist because it was a 85+ heat wave we were experiencing at the time. Millian-Aire came out the day we called and advised that not only was the reverse valve bad but the compressor was shot. We opted to replace the unit as we had already sunk close to $2500 in repairs to a relatively new unit which was junk. Our new unit was installed the next day and operational. Installers were great. They cleaned up after themselves and worked dilligently to get the job done quickly. This is the only company that I will call from now on to service our AC Unit. Keep up the good work Millian-Aire. You are the best.

Based on this extremely high service charges, I will not be using them again.
Description of Work: The AC stopped working and I call M-Air for a service call. The overflow pan was full. The service person was here, no more than a half hour to drain the overflow pan. I believe the service charge was extremely high. The service tech did not inform me of these excessive charges, before performing the service. I have filed a complaint with the Pasco County Consumer Affairs department.

Serviceman was clean, friendly, on time and fixed the problem with a high degree of professionalism. We were pleased with his work and have had no recurring problems since then.
